We enjoyed our stay for 3 weeks with our childeren 9 en 6 years, the house and environment was absolutly great, everything you can imagine to have a perfect family holiday was available in this house, everything was more than complete, the pool was beautifull, most of the time it was like an private pool, the kids where able to play and swim save.

Just back from staying in this property with two more of my friends, we loved the house, it had every thing we needed and more! the roof terrace was gorgeous for eating and having a few drinks, neightbours were also very friendly!
We would definetley stay here again and are already looking to book. The owners are very helpful and if we needed anything from them they were at the house within 10minutes, Very easy to get to centrum takes 10 minutes by bus.

We had a superb relaxing 2 week holiday in August. The pool was lovely and clean and not busy at all and the locals were very friendly. Everything was easy to get to by the local Dolmus service. The Villa was larger then expected, well equipped and the air conditioning kept us cool. Alan and Margaret were great and so was Aytac, our local representative - always willing to help. Having some essential supplies and fruit in the fridge was a nice welcoming touch. I would certainly recommend a stay at this Villa to my family and friends.

Hi-We stayed (6 of us) in the triplex for 1 week in September. Its a fabulous property to stay in and booking was seemless. As it was my first time booking a villa to stay in for a holiday, I had a few worries but the owners were so helpful and there was great communication to make sure all was arranged from keys being collected etc.
We will definitely stay here again, we had the pool to ourselves for the holiday, the neighbours were lovely and getting the bus was really easy.
The air con in each room is such a plus, there are no worries with sleeping in hot temperatures and great when you come into the villa after a hot day at the beach :)
Anyone thinking of booking this villa should, I was a first timer and Ill be back :)

We stayed at Villa Triplex for 3 weeks, 2 adults and 4 teens. We loved it from the beginning, we felt at home straightaway. The Turkish neighbours were very helpful and friendly, the swimming pool is big and lovingly maintained. From the front of the villa is an uninterrupted view of the sea. Kurstur Beach is laid back and reachable by foot. There is an amazing hotel only 10 minutes walk away that offers Turkish Baths and massages. The villa is in a quiet area, in the evening we used to walk to central Kusadasi, to the old city with shops, bazaars and music in the ancient streets. The seafront is full of life. There are tours to suit all tastes. We loved it.

6 of us stayed in this villa for 2 weeks in july 2010 and we would definetely return! The villa was beautiful and a lot bigger and better than it looks in the photographs. It is very spacious, clean and well presented inside with every appliance you could possibly need e.g towels, barbecue equipment, utensils, bedding. The balcony both on the first floor and 2nd, and 3rd have stunning views of the sea which is fantastic at sunset. all of the bedrooms are comfortable and have air conditioning which is a big plus during the summer. The swimming pool is gorgeous and for most of our stay was empty so it was like a private pool.
The location of the villa was good, the bus is across the road which you can take to anywhere, it is about 15 minutes walk to the marina.
The owners of the villa are lovely people very helpful and welcoming. The neighbours are also friendly, I would recomend this villa to anybody and hope to return again next year!

We are two families(4 adults) from Bucharest, Romania, who stayed in this vill between 13-23 june 2010.
First of all the description of this villa is accurate, but only when you stay in it you find its true qualities.
It was above all our expectations.
The huge kitchen is full equiped with all you need. Also you have all tools for barbeque. The rfrigerator keeps the beer very cool..., and it is plenty of space for food, vegetables, fruits and drinks.
In the bedrooms you have all you need. The cherry on the cake is the jet shower, it worths all the money.
Upstairs, the sun terrace offer you the the lovely wiew of the area arround, and the sea that catches your eye from the start.
The down terrace is so large that you can stay on sunbeds in the late afternoon ridding a book.The important thing that we could not find in the other villas we had stayed along the yeras, is the air conditioning that you can find in every bedroom, in livingroom,even in basement. This gives you a relaxing feeling when is very hot outside. the most villas have A.C. only in livingroom, and when you go to bed late in the night you find out that you cannot sleep becouse the air is not breathable.
Also very important are the window nets the house has at all windows.
The pool is near the house and is very large. It has all you need, sunbeds and umbrellas. From the pool you have a magnificent wiew of the sea. We spent some lovely afternoons there enjoing the good water, swimming and, why not, sleeping.
The local house keeper took good care of us, asking every day how she can help. The neighbours were very nice and they were not disturbing us in any way.
We enjoied very much our stay in this villa. We will definetly came again next year.
We think it was worth the money, and we will strongly recomend it to our friends and other people.

We have stayed in many villas in Kusadasi over the years. This villa was by far the best location, value for money and the pool was fabulous. It was spotless and very well maintained. The villa was in a great location and excellently equipped with everything you could ever require for a comfortable stay.
The neighbours and the caretaker were very friendly and helpful. We will most definately use it again.
