Our furniture is of the highest grade throughout all of our properties, better than you will find in some leading Dubai hotels, and everything is provided to make your stay is as comfortable as possible. Whether you are visiting Dubai for business or leisure our properties provide ample space for you to work, rest and entertain, just as if you were in your own home. All our apartments feature modern LCD TV’s with DVD players, a PC with complimentary 24/7 high speed internet connection, and additional business facilities such as a printer, fax, scanner, Wi-Fi are all available free of charge on request. We use hotel grade beds and linen to ensure you a good night’s sleep. A swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym and sauna / steam rooms feature in most buildings. Keep in contact with us via the PC in your property or call our 24 hour support number at any time. Our housekeeping team clean your property twice weekly, changing towels and bed linen each visit. RULES
EARLY CHECK IN - If your arrival falls before our standard check in time of 3pm we always recommend that you make your reservation for one day earlier to absolutely guarantee access to your chosen accommodation at the time you would like. We will accommodate early check in at no cost after 10am on your day of arrival, providing there is not already someone staying in the property that is departing on the same day. If you do not wish to pay for an extra night you must confirm your check in status with us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. If the property is occupied we can accept your luggage at our office and will drop it at your chosen accommodation as soon as it is available.
LATE CHECK OUT - If your departure falls outside of our standard check out time of 12pm we always recommend that you make your reservation for one day over to absolutely guarantee access to your chosen accommodation up to the time that you wish to leave. We will accommodate late check out at no cost up to 4pm on your day of departure providing there is not someone arriving to stay in the property on the same day. If you do not wish to pay for an extra night you must confirm your check out status with us at least 24 hours prior to your departure. If we have a guest following you we can accept your luggage at our office where it can be collected later or we will bring it with us if we are taking you to the airport.
REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT - We will take a manual swipe of your credit card when you check in and will hold a signed voucher with an open authorisation for up to 7 days after you leave. We will only use this authorisation to claim for charges representing any damage or loss suffered to our property during your stay. An invoice will be presented to you if we need to make any charges to your credit card.

VISA REGULATIONS - Citizens of the following countries will be issued with a free-of-charge visit visa on entry to the UAE: UK, France, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Cyprus, Finland, Malta, Spain, Monaco, Vatican, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong.

THE APARTMENT
A brand new fully furnished and equipped 1 bedroom apartment on the Palm Island Jumeirah, The Palm Island is the destination of choice and is one of the most exquisite and sought after locations in the Middle East.
LOUNGE / DINING AREA - This property has a combined lounge and dining area that easily accomodates up to 4 people. There is a 32" LCD TV. DVD Player also for playing music CD's, Cable TV with 50+ channels, 2 x large sofa beds, a 4 seater dining table and there is a balcony overlooking the recreation and pool area.
BEDROOMS - We only use hotel grade beds and bed linen to ensure you get a good sleep.
Bedroom 1 - (Double or Twin) - Kingsize Bed can be separated to 2 x Single Beds.
Lounge - 2 x Sofa Beds sleeps 2 persons
Bed Linen is provided and changed regularly by our own maid service.
A baby facilities pack to include a cot, high chair and baby stroller is available in our extras section when confirming your reservation.
WORKSTATION - A fully featured PC with complimentary 24/7 high speed internet connection, Wi-Fi, and also a webcam and headset for VOIP communication is provided. An All in One Printer/Scanner/Copier is available in our extras section when confirming your reservation..
KITCHEN - There is a fully equipped Kitchen at this apartment . Facilities include a gas cooker and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, drinking water cooler with free first fill, toaster, kettle, all cutlery and dishes.
BATHROOMS - There is one bathroom in this apartment and a seperate WC next to the kitchen.
Towels, bathroom accessories and a hairdryer are provided.
LAUNDRY -A washer/dryer machine is available together with a steam iron and ironing board
GROCERY STARTER PACK - We have put together a basic starter pack of groceries so you do not need to rush to the local supermarket as soon as you arrive. The cost is automatically added to your reservation please see the extras section at the bottom of this page. If you have any special requests please let us know when you make your booking.

Finished buildings offer high quality accommodation and excellent facilities, great value when compared to similar standard hotels. The fast pace of construction means that what you see today will not be the same tomorrow.
