Very good place to stay, right in the town area a little steep but manageable , would definitely go again. Views lovely and we had very good weather which is a plus now days.

Gulls Way met all of our needs: Easy walking distance from all amenities. Excellent accommodation, comfortable and well maintained with more than enough space for two and a very fine view to wake up to each day. Well be back if its available.

We had a lovely week away. The property is well located with beautiful views and everything you could need for a short break.

I am from Falmouth originally and return twice a year to see family. I was brought up on Greenbank and this apartment brought back so many happy memories. The views are beautiful, and its position is so good for the town and amenities and the parking was just so easy, think I have found my perfect place to stay and will definitely be staying here again. The apartment itself was perfect, had everything I needed and even included a complimentary bottle of wine. Thankyou

This is the second time that we have stayed in this apartment, and we LOVE it! it is so relaxing and the views are just perfect. So easy to park the car, and just walk to all the restaurants,cafes, bars and shops. or maybe just take the ferry for a day out. We hope that we will be able to retun next year, or maybe the following. Jenny & Pete

Our 3rd stay in this apartment need I say any more. We love staying here and the locals are extremely friendly, plenty of places to visit, cafes and restaurants to eat in. Another satisfactory 2 week holiday.

Gulls Way is a lovely apartment and had everything we needed,(Although we did find the fire alarm is not working and needs upgrading). The views were stunning. Unfortunately due to the apartment been so warm, we had to leave the bathroom window open and door to try and get air into the bedroom. This resulted in, us be able to hear revellers going home just outside the bathroom window, often to the early morning, maybe a fan could help cool the bedroom down. While we were there a party started in a adjoining flat at 2.30a.m. thursday night and didnt stop un til 4.45a.m. when I managed to speak to the young people involved, they did stop the music immediately, but by this time we had lost our sleep. Due to the lost sleep early in the week we decided to leave Gulls Way on the Friday morning ( Even through we had plans for Friday and Saturday) we could not stand another sleepless night if the people next door decided to party again. We did contact the owners and they were very concerned and said they would look into our conplaint. They offered to put us in a hotel for the Thursday night, but by the time the text came through to my mob we were home.

This is the 2nd visit to Gulls Way, thats how satisfied we are with it! A lovely apartment with FANTASTIC views, ideal location, literally yards from some excellent pubs and restaurants and within 1 minute walk you are right in the town centre. The apartment is adequately equipped for a weeks stay, and ideal for romantic week away. The secure carpark is also a great bonus. I would highly recommend this to couples of all ages, Falmouth has lots to offer, so many lovely shops and things to do.

We both enjoyed the stay very much,and will be cotacting you later in the year, so we can book again.Everything was great.Clean and tidy we could not have expected any more.Please relay are thanks to the owner for a very nice stay.

We found this property very clean and very well equiped, its also very central to the town with very close secure parking. we would definately use this again and would recomend to anyone. This would be ideal for couples.

Lovely property, amazing views with the added bonus of balcony. Perfect for two, bit cosy for 4. The bed was really comfortable and the wine on arrival was a lovely touch. The only down side was the shower could do with being replaced and the kitchen is a slightly dated. We would definitely recommend and will no doubt be staying again!

Unfair to claim it sleeps 2-4. It is clearly 2 person accommodation only. We have stayed in this property before, 2-3 years ago, and would come back again. Great views, ideal for 2, only downside is that the kitchen requires upgrading as most of the units are tired and worn.

Gulls Way was just as we expected from the excellent photos. A lovely base for a very romantic couple. We had an excellent two weeks and were not bored at all. Plenty do in Falmouth with Regatta week and Brad Pitt filming. We did not tire of the fantastic views of the harbour as there was always something to watch. An excellent position to watch the red arrows. We will definitely be booking again in the very near future.

Gulls Way is a lovely property, as good if not better than the photos! Perfect for 2 - we were there on our honeymoon at the end of May 2011 - so brilliant location to explore than lovely town of Falmouth, just a stroll to lots of lovely pubs and restaurants. The views every morning and evening - AMAZING! The apartment was as described - kitchen adequately stocked, plenty spacious living area for 2 or small family using the sofa bed. Good covered parking - as we only moved the car once! I would definitely recommend to friends/family and we hope to return for out first anniversary and many more in the future!
