Having been fully renovated to an extremely luxurious standard, the property offers an incredibly flexible layout across the bottom two floors of this 4 storey house.
The property will comfortably sleep 10 people in 5 double/twin bedrooms (12 with two occasional zed beds available in the second lounge.)
On entering there is a large tiled floor porch leading into a hallway with original sanded wooden floors. Off the hall is the main lounge with large bay window and gorgeous reclining leather corner sofa and seperate 4 seater leather settee and a slate fireplace housing an electric wood burner stove.
There is a 32” flat screen tv with DVD and freeview satellite offering up to 250 chanels.
Further along the hallway is a large master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and WC, and enjoys private south facing views across the garden. The original wooden floor is varnished.
Two steps lead down into the kitchen which is at the hub of the house and has been fitted with a generous amount of storage space. It is finished with beech block worksurfaces. There is a soft touch electric ceramic hob and fan oven, full size dishwasher, and fridge with ice compartment. There are many additional extras such as microwave, coffeemaker and toaster that you would not usually find in a holiday rental property. The floor is laid with natural Welsh slate. There is a dining table and chairs also. Two large windows look out onto the garden.
A door leads to the rear porch and out into the rear garden.
A corridor leads off to 2 further carpeted bedrooms, the first with sturdy wooden single bunk beds and a built in wardrobe, the second with twin beds and wardrobe and a light airy feeling due to its southern aspect and open rear view.
Also off this corridor there is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and wc. and a store room that houses an iron and ironing board as well as all the cleaning products you may need.
A further door off the kitchen leads down slate stairs to the lower ground floor and a further fully slated open plan dining area and through to a second lounge with patio doors to the garden. Off the dining room two further bedrooms can be found, the 1st a beautifully furnished good sized double room with built in wardrobes, and the second a smaller room with twin beds and hanging space, ideal for children due to its size. The bedrooms are well lit with ceiling downlighters and touch operated bedside lights. They have stylish glass block windows onto the lounge.
There is a further bathroom, stylishly modelled with feature slate wall and full width mirror, bath, shower over, basin and WC.
There is a washing machine for your laundry, a tumble- dryer an upright fridge/freezer. A large dining table will allow up to 12 people to sit in comfort, and a further seating area is provided with twin leather sofas and a tv with games console – ideal for the children to relax and spend time playing with the rest of the family upstairs. Patio doors lead to steps out into the garden.
Additional property features
Outside there is a large paved patio area, fully enclosed for safety. This now also houses a Vancouver Hot Tub which will allow seven people to relax in the warm jacuzzi jets whilst star gazing in a gorgeous 38 degrees! There is a large storage area under the property that can be utilised for a number of benefits and patio chairs and table can be found within the large double garage. An external, modern shower room with basin and toilet is also of benefit when barbecueing, sunbathing or hot tubbing.
There is access from the garden to a large double garage where surfboards, windsurfers or boats and mountain bikes can be secured and a selection of beach toys and sun loungers can be found. Behind this is a private off road parking area which can be accessed by a drive running behind the row of houses. There is also ample free parking in front of the property. Please note the upstairs flat has a "right of way access", down their fire escape stairs, through the garden to their garage. Otherwise the garden is for your sole use.
The house has full oil fired central heating and instant hot water, full double glazing, and a front garden with seating and sea views, for added relaxing.

This property is ideally aimed at family groups or families with children, and due to its layout also suits two or more families to stay comfortably, for example the children all on the lower floor and parents in seperate areas upstairs with their own bathrooms. Pets are welcome.

We enjoy it as a second home and welcome you to do the same and make full use of all the facilities on offer, such as board games, books and dvd’s. Towels and bedding are supplied for use within the house. Please bring your own hot tub and beach towels.
Feel free to use any of the items in the house, we just ask if something runs out you replace it for the next guests as a courtesy.

We will take short stay bookings out of peak season however please enquire first as there are restrictions over holiday periods and bank holidays.
The property is located only 30 meters from the beautiful Rhosneigr beach, (probably the best beach in Anglesey,) and the beach and sea can be seen from the front bay window. Within 1 minutes walk you are in the centre of Rhosneigr village, with a selection of convenience stores, a Fish and Chip shop/café, several wine bars and restaurants and 3 or 4 friendly pubs all serving home cooked food as well as the newly completed Oyster catcher pub and restaurant.. There are a few designer clothes and specialist craft shops as well as a post office and ice cream parlour.
The beach offers numerous water sport activities such as windsurfing, kite surfing, sand yachting, surfing and sailing, and next door to the property is a fantastic water sports shop and cafe where you can rent and buy all the necessary equipment and obtain lessons as required.
Within 10 mins walk is an excellent 18 hole golf course, and a short drive will open up numerous attractions, such as Anglesey race track, South Stack light house, go karting, and the shopping opportunities of Holyhead and Bangor.
There is a launch slipway at one end of the beach allowing most sizes of boats access to the sea, and it is possible to leave seacraft on the beach overnight.
The property is easily reached, being only a few moments drive off the A55 Bangor to Holyhead dual carriage-way, and a short walk from the Chester to Holyhead train line at Rhosneigr.
