This is a lovely spacious brownstone apartment.

This is a spacious 2 Bedroom Brownstone Apartment. The apartment is located one block from the subway and a few blocks from the Brooklyn Bridge. We offer all linen and towels an open well equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms and both offer a queen size beds. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. We can provide additional bedding. The apartment is located in a Traditional Historic Brooklyn Brownstone.

Ideally located for all. The apartment is a short walk from the main street of cafes and restaurants in Brooklyn. A five minute walk to the famous Brooklyn Flea Market, Brooklyn Academy of Music, Dance Center Mark Morris & Barclays Center. Pratt School of Architect & Design is located one block from the property. Fort Greene Park is located just a few blocks away and you can play tennis, go for a walk or watching. We are located in downtown Brooklyn, where you can access the subway station a block away. We are also located very close to the Brooklyn Bridge and 30 minutes from Manhattan by subway. Fort Greene & Clinton Hill are historically amazing areas. The surrounding area is also historic districts and boasts some of the most beautiful architecture in the city.
