This property was just the right size for our party. We arrived late due to problems with our flight but the lights were on and the villa was all prepared and welcoming. The solar heating meant that the pool was warm enough for the children to have a quick dip.If I had one complaint it was that the pool man was a bit too generous with the chlorine in the jacuzzi!The location was fantactic we saw turtles bobbing in the lake and the sunrise was wonderful!

The house was lovely, well equipped few cobwebs in corners and dusty skirting boards but you can live with that in a rental, however the pool was green by the end of the holiday. in fact a huge toad was swimming in it and sleeping in the filter flap. When i complained a couple of days into the holiday and asked when it was last emptied and cleaned i was told that this was unnessary as there was chemicals added to clean it. As parents had a villa with pool in spain i know this is ridiculous and am aware of correct pool maintenence.
The children had chronic upset stomachs which i blame on the pool and so we couldnt use it.
it spoilt the holiday which is a shame becausethe house itself was lovely and so well equiped, a real home from home.
Quite a long drive for small children at the end of the day from parks but if you want to be away from hussle and bustle ideal location, very quiet.

The Villa has loads of space for 2 families, is furnished to a high modern standard and all the facilities to wash clothes so you can pack for a week and stay a fortnight. It is located in kissimmee, about 20 minutes south of Orlando, and is set in a quiet housing estate with friendly neighbours It is an ideal location for a relaxing vacation. the closest shopping area is on orange blossom road, where you will find the usual food chains and walmart. The pool is under a protected screen and has loungers around it. the sun covers the back of the property most of the day making it an ideal place to relax, and enjoy the hot tub into the evening.
