This home is such a beautiful home. So close to shopping and all of the Disney attractions. My family and I were so pleased with this home and the owner Avi was just an amazing person to be handling it. He is a very nice person and we will be surely vacationing through him again very soon. The pool the bedrooms the decor everything was so lovely. It was a great home. We had a great time.

The villa was in a great location- very quiet and secure area with a lovely outlook over the lake. It was so nice to sit by the pool at night and listen to the wildlife. We were not too far from Disney and it was easy and straightforward to get to other locations from where we were staying. The villa is a short drive from a supermarket and pharmacy. The pool was perfect and made a fab start to the day. I feel we wasted it a bit as there is so much to do that we were out and about a lot. However, it was great to come back to the cool and comfortable villa at the end of a busy day. We loved the way it was furnished and decorated. There were a few downsides but hopefully these will be sorted for future tenants- we arrived to a stack of dirty dishes in the dishwasher and there was a pregnancy test in the drawers of one of the bedrooms so not sure how thoroughly it was cleaned, the DVD player did not work which was frustrating as we bought DVDs especially for it. It was looked at but we found it still did not work. There were no cables to connect the Playstation either. The smoke alarms were going off for three days and were not fixed correctly the first time they were looked at- however someone came out late on a Saturday night and did fix it. We couldnt use the barbecue as it had been left by previous tenants in a filthy state. Also a lot of the lightbulbs were not working and the games room held a snooker (or pool?) table instead of table tennis. The final day was a bit of a letdown as Contempo kindly let us have a late check out but then as we were going to go for a final swim a man turned up and said we couldnt as he had come to paint the villa. Then the manager turned up to look at the lights (although it was nice to have a chat to him) so we ended up feeling we had to get out. I am just listing these things so that they could maybe be checked for other people. I would still definitely recommend the villa to friends- it really made the holiday and we would love to stay there again. We are also very pleased to say that we DID see an aligator outside the complex gate on our first night there!

We had a lovely stay in this villa. The lake view from the pool area make this villa extra special.
We did have a couple of minor problems during our stay but they were easily resolved by the management company and the villa owner Avi, who is very helpful.
I would recommend this villa to any family who are looking for a peaceful retreat from the parks or relaxing base from which to explore all that Florida has to offer.

Lovely setting on the edge of a lake, perfect spot for a family holiday. New Publix and malls opening up in the area all the time combined with the new shopping centre where I-4 meets HW-27 makes it superb for shopping as well as being excellently situated for Disney.

We had a fantastic time! The home was in a great location. It was close to Disney and shopping and was in a quiet community. The property was clean, well maintained, and nicely decorated. Everyone, including Grandma and Grandpa, enjoyed at least one morning or evening swim in the pool, and our kids swam at every opportunity. (My son seemed to hardly noticed that he was without a playstation for the week.) With our 3-year-old, the pool safety gate gave us peace of mind. We had 9 people stay: 4 seniors, 2 adults and 3 children. The two king suites were fantastic. The queen size bed in the third bedroom seemed to be on a full size frame which created too much instability for two full size adults but was fine for our kids. Overall, the sleeping accomodations were more than adequate. The older kids insisted on sleeping in the Disney themed room. Finally, the property was a great value, and we will definitely stay there again during our next trip to Disney.

Beautiful pool home very close to Disney World. The accomodations exceeded my expectations. I will never stay in an Orlando hotel again. It felt like being at home. If you are looking for comfort, class and style, this is the place!

We were very pleasantly surprised by your home since this was our first experience booking online A lovely residence with private pool was a big hit with all the family. Everything from groceries to theme parks were close by and we loved the privacy the lake provided.We would definitely do this again and recommend to our friends.A very cost effective solution to a family vacation.

The villa was perfect for our three families to stay. There was plenty of room and the villa was in excellent condition. The private pool was a hit with all of the kids and the security features for the pool were a hit with all of the parents. The location was close to grocery stores and theme parks, yet secluded enough that the kids could ride bikes around the neighborhood. We made some great memories, and are looking forward to staying at the villa again.

My family and I had a wonderful time. Every one loved the house. It was truly one of the best stays we have ever had in Orlando. It was nice having the option to take Wilson road to Hwy 192 as a back up plan for I-4. I have passed our satisfaction of the house on to family and friends. The place was in great shape. We didn't have any problems with picking the Key up from your management company. We are already thinking of returning to Orlando around the same time next year. When would the new house be ready. We might want to try it next time. We would also like to thank you for the care package you had set up for us. We will definatley be in contact with you in the future.

This villa is an ideal location for a theme park based holiday in Orlando, being close to the I4 and therefore Disney World, SeaWorld and the Universal Parks. At the same time, the villa is located on a very quiet, secure estate, and so provides a very peaceful retreat after a hard day at the parks - the pool was a big hit with the kids! We found the villa to be scrupulously clean and well equipped, and would wholeheartedly recommend it to any family wishing to have a wonderful holday in this fantastic area.

My wife and I would like to express our appreciation for the use of your vacation home in Orlando last week. We accompanied Steve Saxton and
family. The accommodations were excellent and location very convenient. My wife and I avoided the theme parks but traveled to both Florida's East and West coasts. It allowed us to become familiar with several areas and visit family. The extent of remaining storm damage, particularly along the central east coast was quite remarkable.
The house provided a very comfortable base for both Steve and I to pursue daily activities. The screened in pool is a great feature for the
southern climate.

My wife, my son(25) and another couple from Midland spent a very enjoyable week at Avi's villa. The layout if very nice and lots a room to spread out. The issues we experienced were quite minor. i.e. Smoke alarm batteries
expiring in the middle of the night. The location is centrally located,within 10-15 minutes you are on Disney properties. 10 minutes within the major "burger" row by way of a side road, 2miles off of I-4. Yes I would return. The other couple that went with us also had good things to say. I
wish I would have kept the note they sent to Avi, but sorry to say I did not. Also there was some construction going on which the directions from
the management company did not "enlighten" us on. The neighborhood is very quiet and the morning and evening walks were very nice. If Avi could only control the weather in the same fashion he runs his villa, the stay would have been even better -HA HA!!.

The house is beautifull, perfectly clean, very confortable, close enough to Dysney and Universal parks, and has a great swiming pool!.
The only surprise I had was that I expected the pool to be heated before my arrival but and was not. I call Villa Direct the next day, and a day after the pool was perfecly warm.
Next time I go to Orlando I will try your stay at your villa again, and for sure I would recomend it to a friend.

Great Location for Theme Parks - away from the crowds, but within minutes of the fun. I made it back to the villa from Epcot in less time than it has taken me to return to a Disney Hotel (once you factor in the wait for a monorail or bus and the walk). My daughter (5) said "this is just like home, but with less toys!"
Villa has plenty of room, with 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. It was also very clean. Location is very quiet, private, and secure.

This is an excellent villa that met the needs of our family when we stayed in July 2004. The villa is very spacious and nicely decorated. The complex
the villa is in was quiet and relaxing. We had no issues during our stay and would definitely go back if we travelled to Orlando again. The owners
were very helpful in providing information on attractions and also what to do when we got to the villa which gave us peace of mind before the trip. Kids (and adults!) enjoyed the pool and we had all the facilities in the villa that we needed.

The villa's comfortable and well equipped with a good sized pool. It's in a good, convenient location on a well maintained development. We're going back again next year for another 3 weeks !

Guys, thanks for renting your villa to us. It was so cool. We arrived real late in the evening and the air con had tripped out. The maintenance guy was there in under 30 mins and was great as were the instructions and service from your management company. The villa was gorgeous and Carolyn couldn't believe how clean and well equipped the place was. The south view of the lake was fantastic and meant that the pool deck was great to sit out on. We also loved the conservation location. It was so peaceful but also so close to everything we needed. It was real convenient having the I4 just a couple of minutes away. We were so pleased that we hope to visit again and we'll pass your details on to our friends too.
