It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, panoramic views, a barbeque, a tennis court. Outstanding home. Convenient to Disneyworld. Good take-out (Outback, Italian, Chinese), grocery store and UPS store (for outlet purchases) very close by. Kids loved the (secured) pool, the game room and the mickey/minnie bedroom. All beds were very comfortable. Property Managers are very responsive. First class all the way. Highly recommend. Great villa, there were 12 of us in total (4 families), so at maximum occupancy - loads of room and everyone had their own space too. games room a big hit (although no A/c or fan so quite hot!)the pool was delightful and had a lovely outlook across the grasslands, with ample 'comfy' furniture. everything you could possibly want or need was available, including a selection of pool towels. great location for disney parks & shops, restaurants very close. emerald island very well kept, and secure environment. Clubhouse facilites etc all looked great but didn't use (no time!)would stay here again and recommend to others.

Modern, clean, comfortable and very smart villa. The children enjoyed the pool and the games room. The booking process was very efficient and the owner was very helpful with questions regarding the villa and in assisting us finding tickets for the Disney parks. Many thanks.

Fantastic villa with excellent facilities and everything you could want from a property and more. Pool is lovely. We have rented this villa 3 times now and would definitely rent it again and recommend it to others.

Let me start by saying there was 10 of us and at times it was hard to believe. The home has an abundance of space and excellent amenities. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The neighbourhood is quiet and Disney's gates are exactly 5 minutes away.
