The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private north facing swimming pool, a north facing patio area, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

This was our second stay at this villa and it was every bit as delightful as our previous stay. It is extremely well equipped, even has sat nav, hair dryer and reading books. Excellent value for money and the pool and spa were fantastic. Loads of pool toys to entertain the kids and we would have been quite happy to stay in the villa for two weeks without going to the parks. It is situated in a very quiet, well kept gated community and is 5 mins away from Walmart and about 15-20 mins from Disney. Fantastic property and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Lovely,clean, well equipped & extremely spacious villa. Well situated for all main tourist spots & groceries .Beautiful good size pool with great spa. Couldnt fault it & would recommend. Great booking system & owner answered all our questions & was very helpful. 10 out of 10.

I could not fault this property - it is truly superb!! With all that Orlando has to offer, it was still difficult to leave the villa as there was so much to do - swim, play pool, a game of datrts, sunbathe......... The owners rang me before I left and told me about the new sat nav they have for guests to use - this was invaluable AND saved me £50 with the car hire company Would recommend to ANYONE!!!!!!!!

We had a great 3 weeks in Orlando staying at this gorgeous villa. It is spacious and well kitted out with everything, and more, than you would need. The pool area was lovely and it was worth paying the extra heating cost for the time of year. There were 7 in our party and we felt there was ample room for us all. It was easily accessible to the Disney parks, and about half hour drive to Universal. I would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone planning a trip.

"The house was situated in an excellent area and within easy distance of I4 and 192. Would thouroughly recommend for either two families or even one large as there are two master bedrooms. We have been to Florida several times and would certainly consider renting this property again."

The villa is in excellent condition and the swimming pool and spa are so inviting. The games room is very well equipped for some fun in the evenings. Excellent location and quiet. I would thoroughly recommend this villa.

we had a lovely holiday it was just a shame we didnt have longer to spend in the villa.. the pool was fab for us and our children and the pool furniture was lovely and comfy after a big day out on our (very tired) feet!! the games room was welcome on our one day of rain !! definatley be hoping to return to the villa should we return to orlando.. location fab ... once again.....thanks to david and rose...

We found the villa excellent. It was spacious, had everything we needed, and was very well located. The master bedroom was amazing, with a huuuuge bed and great ensuite, and the other bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The pool area was also very child friendly, with a guard all the way round the pool. Only 15 mins from Disney too! We will definately be back!
