Villa is very clean, nicely furnished and everything works fine.
Kids loved the pool and the game room.
Location is good Restaurants, Shopping and the Orlando/Kissimmee attractions are within a short drive.
We would definitly consider to come back if getting back to the Orlando area.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this house. After a long, delayed and tiring journey it was fantastic to open the door on such a great home. We were pleased that not only did it feel very homely from the beginning of our holiday but that it looked even better than the pictures on the website.
All the major attractions are only 30 mins or so away and that is from door to car park. A couple of miles up the road on the 192 are many of the big supermarkets for a wide choice of shopping.
All of us used the pool daily just to be able to relax after a full day of walking at the theme parks. We chose the optional heating of the pool which made the swimming really pleasant no matter the time of day.
Clean, neat and tidy a great base for a Florida holiday. Would definately look to rent again when we return in the future.

This villa has everything you would need, whether your relaxing by the pool all day or frantically running around trying to use your disney park tickets, we managed to do both. The villa is wonderful for relaxing in after a hard day as a tourist. The management team are brilliant and responded within the hour to a minor problem on the sunday before Christmas. We will definitely be renting this property again in the future.

This was the second stay for me and my wife in Liberty Village, albeit our first at this property. On the previous occasion we had rented a slightly larger property with friends, but on this occasion we we were on our own and opted for a villa with less bedrooms. After all, we only needed one! The previous villa had been superb, so it was a hard act to follow.
Liberty Village is a quiet residential area within a short driving distance of Disney World and International Drive in Orlando. It makes an ideal base to visit the main attractions.
The villa was everything that we could have hoped for. It was spacious and well appointed. The dining table was even set for six when we arrived. The pool had the sun shining on it all day, so those with sensitive skin should beware!
There was a minor problem with one of the sinks not draining in the en suite bathroom when we arrived, but this was fixed by the factors on the same day that it was reported. Other than that we didnt have any problems at all. We would certainly go back and fully intend to.
One minor suggestion I would make is that it would be a good idea to offer a "starter pack" for people arriving at villas. On our previous visit our plane was late and we arrived at our villa at around midnight. It would have been nice if there had been some milk and basic provisions waiting for us, particularly since the nearest shops to Liberty Village are 3 or so miles away. On our second visit my wife and I bought provisions before going to the villa because we knew where the shops were, so local knowledge was useful. For people coming to the area for the first time however, particularly if they are arriving late and are tired, it would be very helpful if some groceries were provided on arrival. I am sure that most people would be happy to pay a few dollars extra in advance for this if it were offered as an option at the time of booking.

We had a fantastic time at this property. Everything is exactly as it looks on the website. It is a comfortable spacious home and we would definitely stay there again. It is only a short drive from Disney and in fact the house is so good we had to drag the kids away from the pool.

UNBELIEVABLE......want to just give us a monthly rate and we will be the caretakers until you are ready to retire. We did absolutely nothing, as I was in the pool every day by 10 am and stayed then floating in the chair.
You guys are awesome and I'm showing the house to my customers and friends, and we plan on coming back in the fall.........................Thank you hardly says enough.

I meant to e-mail you a couple of days ago, so thanks for the prompt. The villa was beautiful. We a great time. It is by the far the best villa i have stayed in in terms of quality of furnishings and decor.
It might be useful to include instructions somewhere for how to operate the pool lights and the jacuzzi as it took us a while!

Ian - what a beautiful home, we had everything we could possible need, the house was superb, big enough to have your own space when you wanted. The pool and the games room kept everyone happy when we were 'at home'. I will have NO hesitation in recommending it to anyone that asks. Thank you so much.

Thanks Ian. The stay in your property was perfect. The pool is clean, well serviced, the house in a good location - close enough to everything but far enough to be quiet.
The garage games kept the youngsters occupied when they were finished swimming.
To be honest I can't fault a single thing from booking to staying.

The property was ideal in every way for our party.
The tour on the web site is excellent and gives an ideal insight into the property - we were not dissappointed when we arrived.
The property is spacious, well set out and appointed to suit all members of any party.
On the whole this was a superb choice for my family and we will attempt to re-book this property when we decide to return to Florida for another holiday

Hi Ian, The house was fantastic,we all had a great time. Sorry we missed your calls, most days we were out by 8:00AM. The pool and spa were great for tired bodies after a long day at the parks. Everything went well. We had a little trouble figuring out the pool lights until we found the wall switch and turned it on.
Everyone was very pleased with the house and how well it is equipped. We had a great time on the air hockey table. The guys had ongoing tournaments every morning while the women got ready to go. The only meals we ate at the house were breakfast, so the kitchen did not get much use. There were only two suggestions of items needed, plastic wine glasses for out by the pool, and measuring spoons for the coffee in the morning.
I would like to put together a booklet about the house for friends,relatives and work mates that may want to vacation there. I highly recommend it and would like to refer people to you, if you don't mind. I have the pictures you emailed me and the forms you sent to put in it and I would put a few pictures of us enjoying the facilities in too. Let me know if thats OK.
