The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

we have had lots from canada and u s a and all over the world and we get told its the best place we have ever stayed

Excellent! We cant praise this property highly enough. We picked this because of the photos on the web and the fact that it was non-smoking and no pets. The villa was clean and tidy through out, the bedrooms and bathrooms huge. The pool area also was excellent and it was so peaceful watching the alligators swim on down the canal.. We played 2 rounds of golf locally and the courses were also great. Shopping only 10 mins away or 20 mins to Port Charlotte for eating/shops, cinema etc. Well done, keep it up and we hope to be back in the near future.
