The villa is very well furnished and maintained to a high standard. Even in January the pool was warm enough to swim in and the lanai got the sun for most of the day. The setting is very tranquil and quite rural but it is an easy drive to supermarkets, Port Charlotte and Boca Grande. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was a fantastic property in every way and is the best villa we have stayed in in Florida. It had everything internally, the standard was amazing and the location was a beautiful private woodland setting. Owners very accommodating. Had decided that it was our last visit to Florida but will think again as this villa was just ideal for a quality environment and relaxation. Thank you.

this property is absolutely amazing.me and my family just spent 2 weeks in 251 long meadow lane and it was fantastic.the furnishings in the house are of exceptional quality,beautifully done.we have used other homes in florida but this one is by far the best,considering what we paid for renting it, i would consider it very very good value for money. a nice quiet road with very friendly neighbours.we did not need anything as it was all supplied(pool floats,beach towels etc).all i can say is if you are staying in the port charlotte area you would do well to book this house !!!!

Lovely villa in a quiet wooded location. Perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The furnishings and decor were of a very high standard which made our stay very comfortable. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to friends and hope to be able to book another holiday at this villa in the future.

This is the first of two stays we have booked in this property. Everything worked very smoothly, the facilities are great, the house is extremely comfortable and was more than large enough for our party of 5. The furnishings look like new and the area is lovely and peaceful, most relaxing around the house, pool is south facing and gets the sun most of the day, great value for money really looking forward to our next stay in January.

Our second stay, the property is very fell finished and tastefully furnished, golf courses on the community were excellent and good value for money. Plenty of local restaurants, Boca Grande has excellent beaches on the island and cycle trails, we cycled there twice, the bikes at the house were much appreciated. The pool deck has been resurfaced since we last went and looks great. Will definitely stay again!

This is a really beautiful house located in a rural area. The house is really nicely furnished and well equipped. The extended covered lanai and pool are fantastic. The house is very private with only a few neighbours nearby. This is the house to rent if you are looking for some peace and quiet, not if you want attractions nearby. we had a great time in this area and I am myself considering buying a property in the same area. There are beautiful beaches within 15 min drive from the house, I highly reccomend gasparilla Island and siesta key which is a good 40 min drive from the house but worth it. The only negative thing I can say about this house is that it didnt have any kind of alarm or fence protecting toddlers from getting out to the pool. we had a 2 and 4 year old with us. we solved this issue by blocking the doors with access to the pool. Not optimal solution regarding fire safety but we had no choice, the kids could easily unlock the doors by themselves. Another worry was all the glass table tops with sharp pointy corners, we solved this by removing the glass tops and storing them in an unused bedroom. Apart from these few child safety issues which were easily solved, there is nothing else bad to say about this house it is well worth renting and we will definately be renting it again if they will have us.

Stayed with you for the fourth time in November, the new twin bedroom looks great, our girls loved the room! the new TVs in both the master suites were much appreciated,both so thin too. The weather was lovely and warm and we enjoyed time in the pool. Spent a day at Miromar Outlet Mall and got all our Christmas shopping done at half the price we would have paid at home, thanks again we'll be back next year...

We were delighted when we arrived to find the house was beautiful and very tastefully decorated. We enjoyed a totally relaxing couple of weeks there after spending a few days in Miami. We couldnt fault the property and the Agent was very helpful. The info on restaurants was useful too. Never spent so much time in the pool! Most definitely plan another stay.

Enjoyed our stay very much.Our only wish is that we would have been afforded the opportunity to rent again next year before the property was booked to someone else. Listed below is our suggestion for ease of the pool usage:
Provide a roller for the pool cover.(the pool cleaning person does not replace it back on the pool when he is done)

A previous reviewer recommended renting a sat nav in order to find the property - I cant stress enough how much we need to rely on this little device! The estate is complex to understand. The villa was beautiful - very stylishly decorated and we loved the lay out. The pool area was lovely but the pool, although solar heated, was a trifle on the cold side when we stayed in December. That said we did swim on Christmas Day! Great places to visit during our stay included Sarasota and Boca Grande which were both stunning, the latter being just ten minutes away with wonderful beaches and a charming centre with lovely restaurants and quaint shops. I would love to visit this area again and would certainly recommend this villa and company to friends and family. Thank you - we had a great time in Sunny Florida!

fantastic property with every amenity you could want. great quiet location yet very easy access to local shops, restaurants, malls and beaches.
owners were also very good in arranging internet access and a travel cot for my 3 month old son.

The property was very good just like the photos, the furniture and furnishings were excellent, the area was very quiet and relaxing, easy to find and a short drive to the local supermarket, restaurants and shops.
We had a problem with a couple of ceiling lights, when the agency was informed of the problem they came round very quickly the same day and replaced them, very good service from the agency.
My only complaint is that although there is a DVD player for us to use it is only a region 1 player not multi-regional so it is unable to play UK/European discs.

House and pool area were excellent clean, modern and spacious
Property manager was helpful and responsive
Grounds need care (new bushes planted but lack of water system will have an impact on survival. Incude a sprinkler system and renters could also water lawn.)

This was our second year for this rental.We loved it this time as much as last.The changes made to the villa were amazing.Very spacious and easy to keep clean.The weather was great and the golfing even greater.Had a wonderful time and will definitely go back.

Very nice, clean, spacious house, maybe just a bit far from the beaches, but located in an area of gorgeous homes and very quiet neighborhood.

Clean and comfortable, great value, nice villa was everything it was cracked up to be.
The Rotonda complex can be confusing, so bring a garmin.
Close to Boca Grande Beach, a great place to swim and shell.

Wow, we stayed here about two years ago, the property has been fully refitted, there's now a plasma TV in the den, boradband internet with wireless, the floor has beautiful tile throughout except the bedrooms and the whole house has been repainted, what can I say but fabulous, we've booked for November. The property had everything we required the pool was warm the villa spacious beds very comfortable, kitchen well equiped. Enjoyed watching the local wildlife outside the lanai/pool area. We had a very enjoyable holiday and would definitely reccommend the villa in fact we already have. Only thing that needs replacing is the sofas in the main room but that was not a problem they are still perfectly comfy. Will be using the villa again.

My family and I really enjoyed this comfortable, spacious villa. It was ideally located for us, in a quiet area so excellent retreat after a days sightseeing. Also the private pool was not overlooked.
The only thing we would have added to this great property is internet access.

The villa was fantastic, beauifully laid out and very spacious. We were very well looked after by the management company. They were always available on the phone and responded to small problems (like the ice-making machine in the fridge breaking down )really quickly and effeciently.. A few suggestions to make the holiday even better would perhaps to have a few DVD,s to watch , games consoles and internet access (for the three teenagers we have!!) Also there wasnt a fan in the bedroom with the bunk beds, which made it quite hot at night. However we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely consider returning. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa - it was extremely spacious, well equipped and well air-conditioned. The children particularly enjoyed the pool.
The only suggestion we would make is that it would have ben useful to have a map of the Rotunda estate as we did have some difficulties finding the second access road!

We had a great time in Rotonda. The villa was excellent and the pool was great. The villa was very clean en well equiped.
We made trips to Tampa (Busch Gardens) and Everglades city. This is about a 2 hour drive but the roads are very good.
The beach is nearby, especially the beach of Gasparilla island is fantastic.

Outside of having to replace dryer vent hose, which i did myself as it was no big deal, everything was exceptional. Will definitely try to rebook next year. Excellent golf course in the area, beach is close and lots of places to shop. Locals are very pleasent and helpful.

I just have two comments and they are not necessarily negative
1) another entry key would be nice
2) although not always feasible, a checklist of things already 'damaged' (much like when you rent a car) just so you know going in what may already be 'damaged'. We noticed several stains and marks on the rug that we hoped we would not be though to be responsible for and a mark(much) like a burn on the stove. I think this would put the renter at ease but am not sure how that could be incorporated
But all in all, had an excellent vacation, was very comfortable in the house, and would definitely rent this or similar properties in the future rather than going the hotel route.

Rented the property for a week in August travel time from Kissimmee 2 hours via interstate. Property met all are expectations having rented villas in florida before, clean, spacious well maintained and would definitely return if visiting this area again and most definitely would recommend.Found neighbouring residential people very friendly.Beaches in the area fabulous Boca Grande a definite must!

Lovely property in quiet location. However felt the transit time given was unrealistic, as it took us 3 hrs each way from the airport (orlando international) with no hold up's and for this reason if was recommending to someone this would be a main point to mention.
Overall a pleasing stay.
