Other places in Pinewood Country Estates
Review by Alan from Stoke on Trent
As we have already said - this was a lovely villa. Meeting & exceeding our needs. Whilst it is advertised as sleeps 10, there are only beds for 8 with the other 2 being on a sofa bed in the second lounge. Whilst this may be acceptable to some, I feel that 8 would be a happy household limit. It is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood so is not for the rowdy, and some distance for the nearest watering holes and eateries (although what is some distance in our country is down the road in the states, and was an acceptable distance to us). It was a lovely villa. The only real fault was with there being the main bedroom downstairs and the other 3 bedrooms upstairs - with a young child it means one of us had to sleep downstairs with our daughter each night whilst the other one was exiled upstairs - not a holiday for some couples, but it would not have been safe for her to be upstairs with the steepness of the stairs (even if we had also slept upstairs). We would not hesitate to recommend this villa to any other families looking for a holiday that offers a balance of the parks / shopping / peace & quiet / eateries. The loud and boisterous should stay away.
