Weve just returned from a fantastic 2 weeks at Charlston Manor. The house is beautiful! Everything was spotless, there was everything we needed, the pool and surounding gardens were perfect for lazy days and the location was a great base for visiting the parks. Even the neighbours were really friendly! Well definitely be returning!!

Charleston Manor is the perfect holiday base from which to visit all the Disney attractions (25 mins) The house is situated on a very secluded development and is equiped to a very high standard. On arrival we found the house in spotless condition with every room ready for our holiday.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay,the kids especially loved the pool and it was such a pleasant thing to look forward to at the end of a long day at the attractions. We will definitely be recommending this accommodation to our friends and family and would hire this property again if we revisit the area again in the future (which will be a yes if the kids have anything to do with it!) Once again you cant go wrong with this property, the owners where so helpful and the support from the agents in the US was first class. We felt like we where at home and thats the best recommendation I could give.

This has been the best villa we have stayed at in Florida. The games room and heated jacuzzi/pool making the main difference. The West Haven area was peaceful and well kept and close to all amenities and parks etc. Shelly made the booking very easy and was extremely helpful throughout If we do go back to Florida we would definitely book this villa again and certainly recommend this anyone.

Easy to book including plenty of helpful tips on facilties and things to do in the area. Property was spacious, clean and well kitted out. Pool and hot tub with heating option were a big hit with the children as well as the games room in the garage. Great value and would definitely look at booking again when we next visit Florida

We stayed at this villa over the Easter holidays .Our clear instructions from Shelley ensured that we arrived at the villa with no problem.The West Haven area is a lovely,quiet and well maintained gated community close to all the parks.We found the villa clean and well maintained with a beautiful large pool and jacuzzi.The pool area is kept private by fencing all around.The villa is very close to all the local shops and restaurants.All in all we had a fantastic time and would recommend the villa to anyone.

Our family stayed in this lovely house over Christmas/New Year 2011/12 and would highly recommend it. It is a beautifully furnished and very well equipped home with every desirable amenity available. A great feature was the excellent games room which kept the children occupied on non-Disney days! Another bonus was the proximity to the tennis court which meant our children could pop across safely for a quick game. The location of this house is within walking distance of Champions Gate where you can find restaurants,shops and a Publix supermarket.Overall,this villa was all it promised and more,and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Orlando.

Beautiful, spacious and well equipped villa with a fantastic south facing pool and jacuzzi - some great sunsets to be seen. Loads of space even with seven people sharing. Games room an added bonus which improved the kids pool skills!
West Haven area has a very upmarket feel to it and the area is very peaceful and well looked after.
All attractions easily accessible - I4 is less than 5 mins away and you can be at Disney World in little over 10 mins.
Would definately return - highly recommended.

"This property was excellent. Very clean and well kept. Center located to both Atlantic and Gulf coasts. Pool and jacuzzi were awesome. Owners very friendly and informative before during and after trip. Management comapny was excellent in responding to even the slightest of issues, not that we had many. Spent 2 weeks last week in Feb and 1st week in March. Will be back next winter.

Villa was fantastic. Within easy reach of everything there is to do in the area, all parks, international drive etc. Gated community made us feel safe and indeed for two weeks we never heard any noise any where in the area.
Nearby supermarket and takeaways meant we didnt have to travel far if we didnt want to.
Villa was kitted out to a very high standard with super facilties and a games room to keep the kids (and adults) entertained on the days you just dont want to go out.
We had a small accident at the very end of the stay and have to give top marks to Shelley for the way she handled it, really made us feel at ease and would like to thank her for the help she gave us, really was first class service.
I will use this villa again in the future and would highly recommend it.

Stayed in several villas along highway 27, this villa beats all the others hands down.Location is excellent, villa is indeed 5 * quality and the garden grounds (recently completed) are of a standard I have never encountered before in a rental villa. If you find this villa by chance save yourself time and effort on further internet searches, you will not be dissappointed (just look at the advance bookings)!. Villa owner (Shelley) is most helpful from initial booking through to holiday date and return home. Management company are also first class and were really helpful when my laptop started playing up-please pass on my thanks Shelley- Our future holidays in Orlando can hopefully be spent at Charleston Manor. Many many thanks Shelley.

Hi Shelley,
Just a few words to describe our wonderful holiday in Florida which was made wholesome by your lovely Villa.
Leading up to the holiday I found the dialogue we had by email most useful which enabled “peace of mind” as we planned our holiday.
The security safes that you had installed were most welcome as we could lock away our laptop and other valuables, negating the need to take them with us.
The directions from Orlando International Airport were straight forward and we journeyed to the Villa quite comfortably.
On arrival we had no problem accessing the security gates and found the front door key easily within the security box.
We entered the Villa and had a good look around and were very assured that we had made the right choice. It was just like the pictures on the web site and every utensil that was listed was available for use. We found it clean, tidy and in very good order. The main features for us was the location (near I4 and US27) which provided the gateway to the parks (15-20 mins), the pool, and the lovely surroundings.
Florida Spirit Management were very friendly and offered advice when needed. The pool was so refreshing in the afternoons after our Park visits and the games room (although without A/C gave us options in the evening).
The Internet and free UK calls home to family made us feel like we were “home from home”, as we kept in contact with them.
The garden area is looking quite picturesque as your new plants blossom.
The utilities were all very good and I especially liked the Fridge with the ice maker.
We had an incident free 3 weeks and were sad to have to come home. We could have quite easily have stayed longer. All in all we had a marvellous time and would like to return in the future if we are able.
I hope others enjoy their time at “The Manor” as we did.

Both the villa itself and the location were fantastic. It was close to all the main attractions and easy to find. The house was lovely, very well looked after and the pool and hottub were fantastic after a hard day at the parks!
We found the owners, extremely helpful and nothing too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend and would definately return there ourselves.

Thank you so much for lending us your home for the week. The boys had a blast in the pool. Chad and I really enjoyed the hot tub while the boys played in the pool. There was plenty of room for us to stretch out and relax after long days at the parks. The weather couldnt have been better.

The rental home is the best out of many that we have rented. The owner is wonderful to deal with and the pictures are accurate. It is very nice. The location is good to do many things of your choice from the parks or golf,etc. You wont be disappointed!!

As a well seasoned Florida visitor what a hidden gem we found in Charleston Manor.
Immaculate is the only word to describe the house, pool and garden areas.
Well stocked with towels,bedding and kitchen equipment, books, board games as well as a games room and enclosed garden.
Large spacious rooms, superb en suites and and a great lounge/dining area for all the family all beautifully decorated and well furnished.
Top all this with a fast booking service and personal mails from Shelley offering advice and local info and this is as close to perfection as you will find.
HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED IN EVERY WAY

This villa is excellent value for money and within the close proximity of Disney is an excellent base to travel from each day - just far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet and close for a quick drive to all the theme parks.

An excellent villa equipped with everything you could need. A great base to explore Disney but quiet enough to be thoroughly relaxing. The villa was very clean and the pool was beautiful. I would certainly recommend this villa to anyone without hesitation

Home was a lovely home - well-furnished and well provisioned. Communication with the home owners was excellent. The tennis court nearby was an added bonus. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely consider staying there again.

This was a fabulous house! From the time we walked in the door we knew that we had chosen an awesome place to stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids had a blast in the pool every evening after coming back from a long day at the parks. It was nice to be able to open the sliding doors and watch them splash around. There was plenty of room for everyone in the house and we didnt feel crowded. Weve already told a few people about this house and reccomend that they rent it for their next vacation. Thanks Shelley!

The villa is nicely situated between the I4 and the 192, the main routes into Disney.
It is well maintained and being at the top of gated communities, was quiet after the hustle and bustle of the parks.
Champions Gate, where you can shop at Publix and eat at a few restaurants, is just a few minutes away.
The poolside was clean and tidy, not overlooked and kept the sun all afternoon and evening.
The games room provided a few nights of entertainment, with the air hockey and pool table being enjoyed by young and old, one of our party is nearly 70, loved it, and had a game or two of air hockey most nights.
We have been to several villas in the same area over the years but this is the best we have been in and would definitely return.
Thank you for letting us use your villa for the week shelly, I will be letting any of my colleagues who may want to go to America to check out your villa.

This was our first time renting a Villa and it exceeded all my expectations! It was immaculately clean when we arrived, I couldnt have faulted anything - and I am quite fussy when I go on holiday! As a family of four - we found the Villa huge - but never got lost in it - our girls had the splace they needed as did we. We didnt do The Parks this year, so spent quite a lot of time around the pool - which was a fabulous pool too! The Villa also had absolutely everything you could possibly need or want, Id recommend it to anyone wanting a home from home only better! Youll not want to leave!

When we arrived at the manor we were greeted by the site of a beautifull estate like area which looked very impressive.As soon as we drove into the secure complex we saw the villas and noticed right away how clean and tidy the place was.When we arrived at charlestonmanor we were again greeted by a beautifull sight.When we opened the door to the villa we were amazed at how big the place opened out.We then immediately dro pped all our bags and cases and checked out the villa going from one room to another.
What surprised us that after seeing all the pictures on the web site that still we were amazed at the size of the rooms and how spotless the place was.Everything was more than what we had imagined, you definitley need to see the place to believe it.It was as i said a trully wonderfull villa with everything and more at hand that you need for a family holiday.The dining area was more than big enough for our family of five, it would easily fit eight people,As for the bedrooms they were huge, with the king and queen size bedrooms having a wonderfull en-suite each.The other two bedrooms had easily enough space for our children.
The facilities which the villa provides i.e the kitchen area were very clean and everything you need if and when you decide to just chill out for a day or two or if like us we did the parks and then just chilled by the pool.That brings me to the pool area,This was a nice big area for our family to sit when we just wanted to relax,The pool was very clean with loads of sunchairs and a nice area to sit in the shade if needed.Also our kids loved the spa which is next to the pool,They loved it when the bubbles came on.
Also our kids loved the games room with the pool table and other games to have a go at.They would go in there for an hour on a night when on the days we chose to relax and take in what a beautifull villa it really is.
We know for a fact that we will be going back to charstonmanor in the near future as it was a beautifull place for family holiday.So peacefull and quiet and with the shops only five mins away and disney twenty mins and universal studios about forty five mins away,It really is in an ideal location.
We have recomended the villa to all our family and friends and work colleagues as like i said it trully is a wonderfull place for a holiday,We know that we will be going back very soon.

It was great to have Air-conditioning in all rooms and we found the Lanai a huge bonus..
The Pool and hot tub are a good size and it was great to have an ample supply of towels provided.

We had an absolutely brilliant time in Orlando. The villa was perfect. Very conveniently located for Disney and other attractions. Lots of space for the 6 of us. We all enjoyed the swimming pool and the kids enjoyed the games room. We have so many wonderful memories of our time there. We didn’t have any problems with the management company who were keen to ensure everything was ok.
Would happily recommend your villa to others as well as returning ourselves.

We had a brilliant holiday in this excellent very spacious villa, The four bedrooms all had very comfortable beds, The kitchen was very well equiped, The games room was good fun and the pool was brilliant. A big bonus to us having 3 females in the party was that there was a hairdryer in each of the 3 bathrooms and plenty of towels for use. The villa is very well situated to enable you to visit all the disney parks with ease. There is every thing you need to make your holiday very relaxing and enjoyable.

Games room was too hot to enjoy any time in there - needed air-con. The facilites in there were fantastic but the components to use the facilites were poor, e.g broken pool cues, broken dart board, broken air-hockey sticks.
The pool & hot tub were fantastic. The amenites around the villa were fantastic and it was decorated very nicely. Like home from home.
With regards to being looked after...we were completely left alone (nobody came to the villa) which suited us greatly.
All in all an absolutely fab property.

From the moment of making the reservation to the end of our family's holiday, was fantasic. We received such wonderful service and the Villa was spotless and beautfiul. The pictures don't do justice for how gorgeous it really is.
Florida Spirit checked on us 3 times while we were there to make sure that everything was going smoothly, which is more than I could have asked for.
On a side note, we had some family members stay at a different Villa not run by Florida Spirit and they fell in love with this one! They wished they were staying with us!!!
Thanks so very much for such a beautiful Villa and we truly expect to visit and stay there many more times in the near future.

Having stayed in villa accommodation in USA on previous occasions this villa was by far the best. The furnishings and everything in the house is to a high specification and certainly exceeded our expectation. The villa was beautiful and very convenient to everything. The girls loved the pool table and air hockey. I loved having all the time saving machinery ie dishwasher and dryer, I don't possess them here but may well invest now. Your bed is gorgeous and the bathroom is beautiful, I really don't know how you can share it with other people, but we took real good care of it. The pool was lovely too.

Great Vacation, house exceeded our expectations(we have stayed in two others). The huge patio door and outdoor patio made it feel like there was an extra room in the house. Great pool and hot tub. If you are looking for a safe, clean house with all the bells and whistles don't look any furhter. Situated close to all parks and shopping! We have rented 3 villas previously and this was by far the best ever - certainly had the WOW!!!
factor. Ideally located for Disney and straight on to the I4 within minutes. Plenty of shops and eating places around the area.

This great villa has 4 beds,3 baths and sleeps 8 all for around the price of a room in a hotel - space and quality - absolutely excellent. fantastic clean pool and spa area. Close to Disney and 192 area. Definitely recommend it.

An outstanding villa, situated in a quiet location, but close to Disneyland. Very well presented. Easy to book. Good clear directions. Excellent heated swimming pool. Comfortable beds. Have recommended to other already. Will return for another fantastic holiday. 11/10 *****

The villa was excellent,we particularly enjoyed the pool and jaccuzi.The pool was a good size and had a large area in between the villa doors and pool edge to sunbathe/eat.
The facillities were good and we felt at home very quickly.
The service from the management team was good on the 2 occassions we asked for assistance they responded very quiuckly.
We would recomend it.

We ahae stayed in 11 different properties in Florida in Orlando and at the Gulf Coast and this is the best 4 bedroomed property we have every rented.
The attention to detail and the quality and finish of the furniture and fixtures make this home stand out from the rest.
The location is excellent giving a quiet relaxing stay with the convenience of Disney and everything else Orlando has to offer a short drive away.
5 star accomodation!

their beautiful holiday villa, the pictures on the web site were good, but,
did not do it justice. The facilities on
hand were second to none and the use of the pool took the edge of the
fatigue from all the park visits. We will, no doubt, be re-visiting in the
not too distant future and have already been making recommendations to
friends and family to stay in this superb villa."

One of the best villas we have stayed in!
Clean, well furnished with a sparkling pool and a very well equipped games garage. Excellent location - quiet, convenient for Disney, restaurants and supermarket. Didn't want to leave!

This villa was excellent value and exceeded all our expectations, the games room was excellent for the whole family, the fenced pool area was amazing and a brilliant way to unwind after a hard day at the parks. We had many a night under the lanai when the kids were in bed. The peace and quiet of the area was lovely.The kids loved their bedrooms and the master bed was awesome!!!We will be back and certainly recommend to our friends.

We stayed here for two weeks and it was great to come back to the peaceful and luxurious surroundings after a hard day at the park. It is ideally situated and well equiped. We especially loved the swimming pool and games room. Highly recommended

Was here for March Break, 2006. Villa was incredible! Like new condition, pool/spa were great, everything as promised, very nice/quiet area, close to everything (Walmart 10 minutes away, sells tickets for just about everything). Owners a joy to deal with, property management company checked in as well to make sure all was well... highly recommended!!

Stayed at this villa when it was first built , luxury home, brilliant correspondence with renter.Will certainly come back .
