Large house on a corner lot at the entrance to Legacy Park. The house was clean & comfortable and well furnished and maintained. Wal-Mart and Publix close by and about a 30 minutes drive to Disney. Paid for pool heating, but it was wasted money – The pool temperature never exceeded 73 degrees. Maybe a pool blanket would have helped? Anyhow good value for money (besides pool hating) and highly recommended.

Sigurd, many thanks for your feedback. We take every comment made by Guests very seriously and have been in touch with our management company to find out the issue experienced with the pool heating.
Unfortunately, the temperate in Orlando was very cold during your visit (3rd February) and the pool heating was not functioning optimally. I have been informed by my management company that the same issue was experienced by other home owners in Orlando.
We have instructed our management company to service the Pool heating system to ensure it is functioning optimally. We intend to take onboard your comment and procure a pool blanket to ensure the ambient temperature is retained during extremely cold weather.

“Thank you for a beautiful, wonderful, and unforgettable, vacation from the Bahamas (Storr Family Vacation), this was our first trip to Orlando, we have always visited FT-Lauderdale and stayed in hotels that (we) were never really pleased with, after many bad encounters with hotel rentals we decided to check out some vacation homes, one of the property we came across over the internet was Southern Living after checking out some of the reviews and satisfied customers we got very excited about it and decided to give your management company a call, the staff were very helpful over the phone and provided us with the final arrangements and details. As I said earlier this was our first trip to Orlando and this would be a new venture for the whole family, we began to study the web maps of Orlando and check out some of the major attraction and shopping areas and highway information. We were surrounded by beautiful homes and other vacationers just like ourselves I was exceptionally please with the accommodations and services that your management company provided. please note that I will recommend your property to all my friends and family and will be back. My family says it was unforgettable and awesome they want to do Florida visit again very soon. Thanks you for making our vacation beautiful and unforgettable.
