The rental was exquisite. Plenty of room and was located in a wonderful gated community. Bright and clean will ALL amenities. Centrally located to all major attractions and excellent atmosphere for just relaxing. Nice and quiet. Family loved the pool nearby as was great that rental unit was so close to grocery store, gift shops, restaurants and department stores.
Rental Unit is an A++ in all aspects.

Dear Mr Johnson We cant thank you enough our holiday was the best we have ever had the villa was perfect. There is not one thing that I can fault about it the location was ideal nice and quiet for unwinding after a hectic day at the theme park. I only wish that we had booked it for 3 weeks as we couldnt possibly pack all the exciting things into just the two.

After a full day at the parks it was nice to return to the peace and tranquillity of the Villa and Vista Del Lago. The villa is spacious, clean and well equipped. Located just off the I4 on the hyw192 it provides easy access to the parks and other attractions but you do need a car. With supermarkets within 5 minutes left and right and a variety of restaurants on the hyw192 you don’t need to travel far. I would definitely recommend this property too friends and family.

A great vacation rental, November 18, 2008

The home was very clean and had plenty of space for six. The beds were comfortable and the people in the community very friendly. The only question that we had was the Winter Garden address,as the community is located off HWY 192 in Kissimmee. A great location for the parks, but not where we were expecting to be. Overall it was a great vacation home, and we would rent it again.

Everything in the home was in exellent shape, very clean. We enjoyed the use of the 2 bikes and the new dsl for our laptop. We spent a lot of time out in the screened in porch. The neighbors are very friendly, and so is everyone in the community. The owners and the couple at Vista who looked after the home were easy to work with and very accommodating.
Our only disappointment was when we tried to rent the home for next year, the owner had already rented it out without asking us if we would like to rent it for the next year.
We enjoyed Vista del Lago and have rented another home for 3 months next year.

Overall it was a good expierence. I spent more time at Disney than the house. my only complaint is I spent to much time having to stop at the gaurd tower seeing as I couldn't get a gate card until Monday and had to return it by Friday.

Very comfortable and well equipped house, the complex was very nice, people very friendly, ideally situated for all parks and everything you would need for a great holiday.

I have stayed on this Estate beore and found this house excellent. The pictures do not do i justice. Everything is there for you. It is a very quiet neighbourhood and we have just returned so saw all the lovely neighbours Xmas decations. The neighbours appear very friendly as my Wife went to have a look at the fruit trees at the back of the house in the next garden. She reported that they were grapefruit and lemon trees. That afternoon when we returned the neighbour had picked 2 grapefruits for her - she reported they were very sweet.
I would recommentthis property to friends.

Simply perfect! The house, neighbours, community facilities and location were better and friendlier than we expected. The house is clean, spacious with several living areas, has 2 tv's and 2 bathrooms and is more than fully equipped. The large enclosed meshed porch adjoined to the rear of the house is a lovely retreat and the carport keeps the car cool. Vista del Lago is well located being on US192 and it is a short drive to supermarkets, inexpensive restaurants, Disney World, bargain shops, flea markets, mini-golf and the main highway - Interstate 4. There is also an inexpensive bar across the road from the community. Our 3 weeks just wasn't long enough! I could go on....

Fabulous. The villa was immaculate, and more than fully equipped. The size is very deceiving from the photos, it is actually much larger than it looks. The location of the villa within Vista del lago is in an ideal. It is a very short walk to a lovely pool, most times we had it to ourselves. The pool at the sports complex was equally as good.
The location with regards to attractions is second to none. Local supermarket fully stocked with all your needs. So near to major routes for sight seeing.
It is excellent value for the money. We have already recommended it to our friends and will most definitely return.

The photos on the internet do not do justice to the villa. It is as stated in previous reviews large and in immaculate condition and equipped with everything you might require.
Vista Del Lago is well laid out with three pools also tenis and basketball courts,this makes it a perfect holiday for couples and/or families. The Disney Parks and shops are a short drive away.
We will most certainly recommend the villa to family and friends.

More than met our requirements, very comfortable and nicely furnished and so very relaxing at the end of a long day at the parks! The location was great for easy access to the parks and local shops on the 192 and also various mals etc. The pools on site were excellent and the neighbours/locals all very friendly. I would definitely recommend the property to friends and family and would hope to visit again in the not too distant future, the whole experience was enjoyable from start to finish. A lovely property and good value all round.

As previous customers have stated, the photographs on the internet do not do this property justice. It was much larger and brighter than anticipated. The villa was immaculate on our arrival and very well equipped "a home from home". We made good use of the pool/tennis/basketball areas on the complex which were also immaculately maintained. A vehicle is essential (as in any place in USA). The villa is a good mile into the complex from the main 192 highway - an extremely busy thoroughfare that regularly came to a standstill due to sheer volume of traffic. On a quiet day, Universal was about 30 mins drive, but it could take over an hour at some times of the day, but it never felt that long as we were driving a very a comfortable air-conditioned people-carrier.

THE LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY IS WELL PLACED FOR ALL OF THE PARKS, ALTHOUGH YOU WILL NEED TRANSPORT. THERE ARE PLENTY OF SUPERMARKETS NEARBY TO CHOOSE FROM AND THERE IS EASY ACCESS TO INTERSTATE 4. THE PROPERTY IS CLEAN, TIDY AND WELL KEPT ON A QUIET COMPLEX WITH A SWIMMING POOL FIVE MINUTES WALK FROM THE VILLA. THE PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE VILLA DO NOT DO IT JUSTICE IT WAS LARGER THAN WE EXPECTED AND WAS A PERFECT HOME FROM HOME.
