The residence is made up of two units, with a total of 120 apartments with a stunning sea view overlooking the bay, and with a total surface of 50.000 sq.mt. The residence is totally immerged in the green, and is composed of a pleasant hamlet structure, decorated with charming light colors, and of a variety of cozy buildings with arches and typical local decorations. The houses of the residence are encircled by gardens, fountains, ponds: this creates an exclusive harmony between the nature, the environment and the hamlet. Besides, all the apartments are located just 200 mt. from the beach. The residence is located in a wonderful and convenient location, just 2 km from the central square of Porto Cervo, within half an hour driving to the typical villages of Porto Rotondo, Palau, Santa Teresa di Gallura; and a few minutes driving to the stunning beaches of Pevero, La Celvia, Liscia Ruja, Principe, Rena Bianca, as well as to the most famous clubs of the coast, such as Billionaire, SottoVento, Pepero. The apartments are decorated according to the typical traditions of Gallura area and equipped with all comforts, aiming to the best mix of elegance and functionality.

Each trilo apartment (70 sq mt) is made up of: living room with fully equipped kitchen corner, one double bedroom with kingsize bed, one bedroom with a single bed or bunk beds, one bathroom, terrace or external patio. In the living room one can find a comfortable sofabed. Each apartment can host up to 5/6 people.

independent private entrance, plasma TV, phone, hairdryer, private patio or terrace.
