The only thing I find bad is the 30 Euros non-refundable breakage fee. This is the fist time I had to pay for nothing since we did not break a thing. I have been travelling through Europe for over two decades and I have always paid a refundable deposit for breakage. The booking fee of 20 Euros was also excessive.

Domacija House was wonderful - it was clean and quiet and very well equipped. The owners were wonderful and very generous - we even had towels with chocolates on them when we arrived on our beds. She also baked us a apple and berry strudel for our desert early on in our stay. We were also able to park outside their house when we went exploring in Ljubliana. The apartment was well located with a local restaurant within walking distance and close driving distance to the Supermarket. We really enjoyed our stay and would definately book this apartment again if going back to Slovenia.

The property is exactly as described, well furnished and comfortable in a quiet neighbourhood. Truly like home from home especially when the owners, Marjan and Simone, take such care to make you feel at home and to provide help and advice for your stay.

It was clean and very well furnished.
Simone and Marjan were excellent and attentive hosts, making themselves available for help about the property and things to visit in Ljubljana and beyond.

What can I say about Marjan and Simona - they are the perfect hosts! They made our stay so very comfortable, it was like home away from home. Simona spent a lot of time with us, telling us all about her city and what she recommended we see. She answered all our questions with a kind heart and patience. We could tell she really knew and loved her city. We would not only recommend this holiday to our friends, we would be more than happy to come back ourselves!

Simona was extremely friendly and helpful with advice and the apartment was very comfortable. The kitchen was quite well equipped with utensils and we were able to take advatage of it and cook a few meals. We were 5 - 3 adults and 2 teenagers and had plenty of room to sit, eat and relax. The bedrooms were large. The neighborhood was very quiet and residential yet only a pleasant 15 minute walk into the center of Ljubljana. All in all a perfect relaxing place to stay for a family.

Having just come back the property is excellent for a group of adults or a family with children.We took a 9 & nearly 3 year old .If you have children try and book the ground floor apartment -gives direct access to the garden at the front of the house. As its on a really quiet road and semi rural its safe play space.
The apartment is very well equipped and excellent .
Their's a good local bar /restaurant five minutes walkng away.even found us a highchair.
There's an excellent supermarket -by the bus stop which provided everything we needed.
Its an easy journey into the centre of town , buses are cheap, frequent and run late. Travel time from the apartment to the centre of town is about 45 minutes. Otherwise there is a nice walk by the river into town.

We had a great stay in Slovenia, the apartment is in a great quiet location quite close to the city center. The apartment was everything we had hoped for and more besides, it was spotlessly clean. The owners were extremely helpful and provided excellent service with fresh towels every few days. We all really enjoyed our stay in Ljubljana and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, or recommend to a friend. 5 stars from all of us here.

Very nice appartment and the owners were very friendly and professional. This is a very good alternative to any hotel if you think to stay in Ljubljana.

A very good apartment. Had all that was described on the website. We were met by Marjan who was very very helpful in assisting us in car hire. Three of us stayed in the downstairs apartment and it was ideal, would comfortably take four occupants. Distance form centre no problem, a good walk or short car journey. Lovely quiet residential area.
Slovenia is a lovely country in autumn, we will return to experience the other seasons.

The apartment is well located for the charming city of Ljubljana. It is extremely well equipped, well maintained and spotlessly clean. Simona and Marjan treat their guests like members of the family. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they go out of their way to ensure their guests have a comfortable and memorable stay. I would have no hesitation in giving this apartment the very highest of recommendations.

We couldn't imagine, that our stay in Slovenia will start in such a perfect way. Apartmet had everything we needed: perfect equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, a big fridge, dish washer and all small tools like openers, elastics, stoppers... Nice living room with TV, comp. and even toys for our kids! Very comfortable beds and a perfect balcony. Quiet, safe and homely neighbourhood with a parking place just in front of the house. Everything clean and well maintained. An evening chat with owners changed our plans, but we don't regret prolongation of our stay, since we found the best secrets of Ljubiana and Slovenia.

My partner & I had a great time in the Apartment Antonia and Marjan was extremely helpful. The apartment is very clean and modern and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay in the apartment again and would recommend it to anybody who wants a great place at a great price.

We (family of four) stayed in this property during the week of June 20th, 2006. I agree with the other reviews about the kindness and helpfulness of the owners. They could be my best friends if they lived in Seattle! It was extremely hot when we arrived and being that this is a second floor flat, it was quite hot without AC. Being from Seattle, we are not used to heat. But we purchased two fans and with the ability to open all of the doors and windows, we survived just fine. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the beds very comfortable. We completely enjoyed our stay in Slovenia.

We are really sorry for advising our guests about everything in Ljubljana and Slovenia, but not about the possibility to use the air condition! EACH APARTMENT HAS THREE NEW AC'S, EACH ROOM ONE. So now we put an instruction for our guests in both apartments to ask for AC, if they wish to use it.
Since AC is quite a big energy consumption, we must charge it 8,5 EUR/day.

Superbly equipped, very spacious, conveniently located, friendly helpful owners for whom nothing is too much trouble (even rescuing a young family of 4 lost in Ljubljana after dark), what more could you ask for - and less than 6km from the centre of this amazing city. Also a short hop to the motorway and day trips to the Triglav NP, Bled, the Julian Alps or even Croatia!!!

Surprising high comfort for e real fair price.
Perfect advices on where to go, what to see and whether we should rent a car or not, got from you, Simona and Marjan, were very valuable. Thanks to you and hope to come again soon.
