Had a wonderful stay, accomodation very homely with more than expected facilities. Pool area excellent for the children and great selec tion of games CDs and DVDs for all age groups. Views of nearby mountains stunning, and everything you need to do within a 15 minute drive. Would reccomend this villa for a quiet relaxing stay. Thanks for a great time and I am sure we will be back one day.

Id like to thank John & family after our recent 10 day holiday. The villa exceeded our expectations and truely was a home away from home. Everything you need was there for you, with great views, a crackin pool and friendly neighbours. With everything on your doorstep its ideally situated. Many thanks, Martin

Thanks to John for an excellent week in an excellent villa. The directions to the villa were spot on, it is in a lovely quiet area, close to Benidorm but with lovely views of Altea and the mountains. The villa is very well presented, it was very homely with a lot of personal touches. There is also everything you can think of in the villa. I had packed a hot water bottle expecting chilly February nights, but there were already 4 there in the cupboard. Also plenty of extra blankets. We all really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again, it was a lovely relaxing holiday.

A stress free 10 day break in the sun in surroundings that were home from home was what my husband & 2 children ages 15 & 6 & I expected, and this is exactly what we got. The sun didn’t stop shinning, the communal pool (often only occupied by us) was on our doorstep and the villa was equipped to the highest of standards. The only minor downside was its location as the villa is situated some distance from shops etc. However, the quality of the surroundings outweighed this and I would defiantly recommend the villa to anyone who like us was in great need of some quality r & r.

The villa was exactly as advertised and was really well equipped. It was a lovely place to stay and Tony & Jeanette at No. 5 were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this villa and hope to return next year.

We found the villa to be excellent with all ammenities catered for. The little extra touches to the decor were superb. This 3 bedroomd villa is an ideal base for a family to tour the surrounding areas or having a quiet night in sat on the terrace with a view of the mountains and sipping your favourite tipple. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave, but we will definately be making a return visit and recommend the villa to all our family and friends. A big thankyou to John and Sharon for letting us share their holiday home. All the best for the future and may you have many more bookings.

This was our first villa holiday and we had a fantastic time. The villa is superb and has everything we needed and more. We have a baby who was just 5 months when we took the holiday and she too had a great time. The villa and its location was ideal as it was away from the hustle and bustle of Benidorm but only a short car ride from a number of attractions during the day. A car is essential, we werent going to hire one but very lucky we did as it is quite a way from the airport and taxi's on a regular basis can prove to be expensive. We weren't really keen on Benidorm itself, its a concrete jungle and its main target are those that spend their evenings drinking til all hours (not possible for us with the baby). We did go down there most evenings for a strole along the sea front which was lovely and there are a number of bars and bistros that we visited but most of our later nights were actually spent back at the villa on the patio with the BBQ as the bars were a little too loud for the little one. There are some fantastic attractions during the day, Guadelest is probably one of the most prettiest places I have been in a long time and the views were breathtaking. Tony at no5 was great he was never too busy to help and gave us some great advice. Id like to take this opporunity to thank John & Shaz for their advice before we went - im glad we took your advice on car hire and a big thank-you for helping us have a fab first holiday with our little girl.

Villa was beautiful, plenty of space for 4 or 6 people, extremely well equipped, everything you could need from lunch boxes and ice packs to adapter plugs, videos for kids, directions to attractions and shops - mountain views and we had the pool to ourselves for most days. Plenty of towels etc provided and very clean. Within easy reach of supermarkets, beaches, and aqualand is a must ! It was excellent ! We had a great time and really enjoyed the villa - it was more likehouse sitting than renting as it was so comfortable and welcoming. Thankyou John and Sharon !

A very nice , well furnished and spotlessly clean property about 5 years old in a mainly (many british)residential area( we didnt see any other tourists). Owners friendly and very helpfull. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. The villa is not within walking distance of anything so a car is a must. A local bar would have been nice but with the roof terrace, patio and BBQ we were happy to stay in some nights. English speaking taxis and Tony over the road were there for lifts to Benidorm etc. Nice large and clean pool which we had to ourselves whilst we were there . Thanks to whoever left the discount theme park and waterpark tickets there and thanks to the owners for all the helpfull info in guide book. Overall I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for this type of holiday. You will not be dissapointed.

excellent property with great views, everything was as described, 20 minute drive to benidorm town so it was lovely and quiet at night. Neighbours at no 5 were brilliant pool was lovely and clean great Australian BBQ to cook on note: To get to benidorm cheaply catch a bus at the bus stop outside la rambla at the bottom of the hill on the CV 70. it arrives at 5 past the hour ,cost us 4 euros for 2adults & 2 Children, cost of a taxi is 15 euros, only downfall is you have to come back at about 10

On arrival at the villa I was totally amazed at the property it was exactly as described on the internet. The directions given to get to the villa were absolutely spot on and easy to follow. The views were absolutely stunning, the neighbours were very friendly. There was 6 off us in total staying at the villa and we all had such a fantastic time we would all definately go back again. I will recommend this villa to all our friends and family. Hope to go visit again in the future.

The villa is more of a home than a holiday home. It is comfortable, beautifully presented and very well equipped even to the point of having a selection of wines available for use. The very friendly and helpful neighbours, of which there are several, had even put some basic foods in the fridge for us. A superior accomodation indeed!

The property was cleaned to a very high standard and everything you wanted was at hand. The bedrooms were well laided out and with plenty of storage space for your luggage. The villa is located in a beautiful Mountain setting, a short car ride outside of benidorm, but very well situated for all the attractions like Terramitica, Aquilandia and Mundimar. I we are hoping to return very soon, money permitting!! A very nice Holiday was enjoyed by all. Thank You

A spacious, well equipped and comfortable villa. It is close to amenities such as supermarkets, shops, restaurants etc. and only a short drive from Benidorm Centre. However, its location on a hillside overlooking the sea on one side and mountains on the other give it a relaxing and tranquil feel.

From the moment we stepped from the aircraft the hints and instructions were brilliant regarding the hire car pickup(DO NOT ARRIVE WITHOUT PREBOOKING CAR HIRE)The drive from the airport to the villa took around 45 minutes and when we arrived again the instructions on how to reach it were excellent. We were greeted by Tony and Jeanette who had bought us water and bread but again looking at the tips and hints we did a supermarket shop before we got to the villa. Most supermarkets are closed on sundays but we found one open on the main road from Alfas to Albir.Supermarkets are very reasonable and all fresh foods are available. The villa is in an excellant location far enough away from the "tourist" resort to be peacefull but close enough for a good night out if that is what you fancy. The villa is 5 STAR with all mod cons and everything you need available. The decor and lighting are great with it giving you a feeling of first class relaxation. The patio area is just right either to relax or to have a barbecue again with all you need to hand. The "bible" with all the hints and tips is tip top and we tried many of the restaurants and visitor attractions reccomended aided and abetted by Tony and Jeanette who taxied us to various night time locations. All credit to you John and Sharon for choosing such a great location and keeping the villa in a well appointed style. We will return if that is ok with you. very best regards and thanks again Peter Fletcher

We were very impressed with the Villa, you have obviously worked very hard to reach the standard you have set and have done a great job. It's the best accomodation we have ever stayed in, I hope we left it in the same condition as we found it. Having teenagers they loved the superb pool and all the neighbours were so friendly. All in all a top location where you will spend many happy times, I look forward to maybe coming again & if not at least visiting you there just to see how things have moved on. I'm happy to act as a reference if you think it would help others. ALL THE BEST & THANKS AGAIN FOR A SUPERB HOLIDAY. STEVE and Family
