The flat was in great condition, very clean and bright, rooms were of a great size, kitchen fully equipped, everything was working, we had there everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it for holiday.

The apartment was lovely, clean, well looked after and had more than we expected in terms of provisions and everything we needed to feel comfortable and enjoy our stay. The reserve and local area is great and there is plenty of great value places to eat. Great stay.

We found the apartment very clean and tidy, as well as spacious enough for four. Pool area was lovely, and the complex was clean, tidy and very quiet. Although the beach was a bit of a walk, the location was fairly central, and it was easy to get to the other resorts - Mijas, Fuengerola & Marbella - by bus. All in all we felt the week we spent there was thoroughly enjoyable and the whole holiday was great value for money.

This is a lovely, clean & tidy apartment. Its tastefully decorated & furnished & had everything we needed. A double bed in the master bedroom would be nice instead of the 2 singles pushed together but thats our only criticism. The complex is very quiet, not an awful lot to do in the evening but a 15 min stroll will find some nice small bars/restaurants. We had a few problems initially finding the complex & the apartments garage....our rubbish sat nav didnt help!!! The complex grounds are beautiful with us being the only people with three pools to choose from!! We didnt see Theresa or her husband who manage the property, a quick visit from one of them would have been nice to check that everything was ok.The beach at Cabopino is lovely & its only an hour or so from Gibraltar. One week wasnt enough so we are returning next year.We would recommend this to people who want a relaxing holiday as its absolutely perfect for it.

We returned from an excellent holiday which was attributed by the information that was supplied by the owner the accommodation and the weather. We were given concise directions to the accommodation arriving at a well maintained complex clean and spacious apartment supplied with all the amenities we use on a daily basis at home. An accommodation we would be happy to return to. We were provided with local information on where to eat shop relax or party which was invaluable as were on a short break. We found the location suited us perfectly we enjoyed a quiet meal and drinks and we were also able to enjoy livelier bars in the area and the easily accessible Marbella & Banus. On a whole a fab holiday was had by all...!

The appartment was excellent, and owner and contact in Spain most friendly and helpful. The site was well kept and attractive. Out of season it was quite and peaceful. Only small drawback to the holiday was the terrain. Lovely to look at, but plenty of steep hills resulting in many hill-starts for our driver. However the place was ideally situated for exploring the whole of the Costa del Sol. A great holiday.

Plesant enough, everything you need for rainy days in, Sky Tv, dvds, books. Very clean, sufficient kitchen items, towels etc. Owners customer service skills 100%, very friendly and helpful. Only downside was location for us since we did not have a car, which we think is a must for staying here. Apart from weather we enjoyed our stay at the apartment.

we had a fantastic holiday...the complex was beautiful....landscaped gardens and a perfect pool for the children.the apartment was very clean,well maintained and had all the amenities that you would have in your home.....washing machine,dishwasher,microwave, oven and even sky tv (the cartoons were great for my 2 boys when getting them ready for bed).there were also books and dvds available.there is a very peaceful view overlooking the gardens from the balcony and the pool is about 50 steps from the front door.the beach is about a 20 minute walk away however i would recommend a car if you have small children because they will not enjoy the walk in the heat.there is also a really friendly bar/restaurant at the foot of the street ,la reserva,with probably the best food we ate all holiday....its were we went most nights.its a perfect base for exploring the coast....marbella is only 10 minutes by car and gibraltar an hour....i highly recommend this apartment

The apartment is well equiped with reserved parking. The pool area is just across the way. You need to take your own sunbeds up to the pool but at least this ensures you always get one. One word of warning or interest, depending on your lifestyle, the nearest beach is mostly naturist, this also happens in the sand dunes, so in my humble opinion this area is not suitable for families. However the beach ajacent to the port of Cobopino (10 min drive or 20 min walk) is fine, with sheltered water for swimming. There are a small number of bars, some with entertainment, and restaurants close by, which are a little more expensive that in the more popular holiday areas, but are only 5 min walking distance.

The property in kept to an excellent standard and is quiet and peaceful, but not to far away either walking or driving from everything you need on holiday (bars, beach, bank and supermarket). The bus service is only a short walk down the road, which will take you to Marbella or back towards Malaga along the coast and it is a cheap way to get around.

The apartment is very spacious and has all the comforts of home including SAT tv , dvd , selection of books and toasted sandwich maker . The southerly aspect from the balcony ensures that when the sun shines you can make the most of it . The complex is very private with none of the usual noise from youths that we have suffered from previous appartments, 3 swimming pools means that you can always find garden area adjacent to the pool to relax . There are several bars and restaurants within 200m metres of apartment so you don't need to worry about drink driving . The owner is also very helpfull and his discussion before we went on what to do and where to eat was very welcome . I would definitely recommend this apartment if you require a relaxing break .

The property has all necessary requirements and is a home from home experience. All kitchen facilities are available as if you were at home along with english TV! The pool area is very tranquil and very close to the apartment. I would definitely recommend the need for a car if staying at these facilities if you would like to see more of the area and have the flexibility to go to nearby towns like Marbella, Puerrto Banus etc. Although you are able to walk to the beach we used our car everyday as we have a 9 month old so walking would have been too difficult. It has underground parking so very safe. It is based in a very quite residential area so no loud noise etc. I would recommend this property and the owner is very pleasant and easy to talk to. Enjoy your stay!

My family and I have stayed at the flat 2 summers in a row and have enjoyed ourselves. The apartment is well equipped and the 3 pools are great for children( with lifeguard ).

The area is quiet and peaceful, but within easy walking distance to the supermarket, bank and bars plus bus stops. The beach is a short drive or a 20 minutes walk, with bars and entertainment in the evenings..
