We had a great time and would like to come back another time. Everything was perfectly arranged. The appartment was clean and very quit which we liked very much. The supermarkets were nearby and the appartment has a nice view on the ocean. Although near to the airport there is no noise whatsoever from airplanes. So in all perfectly OK. One minor issue is the quality of the beds which were not very comfortable.

You dont have a very good rating - that is how I would rate the property. Nothing in this life is Excellent!!! That said, as usual we had a great holiday. All the comments I have made in the past have been taken on board and no one can complain when that happens. The OPM staff in the resourt are all helpful and very freindly and now weve been there a number of times they know us well and know that we dont complain so they will always respond promplty if we do have a problem.
There is no doubt we will be back and quite frankly the weather in the UK has been such a shock on our return thaat if I didnt have to work I would be on my way already!!!

Generally a well maintained flat with excellent views. The complex was clean and well presented we would be happy to revist. The change of the room linen was a bit of a DIY affair but having a washing machine made it easyier. generally the area around the complex was very good eating and drinking well taken care of.

We have now stayed in this apartment a number of times and whilst we would return there as it is in the place we want to be, the standard of the equipment within the apartment seems to drop every time. On arrival there were only two teaspoons, no colander, no plastic mugs/beakers for use at the pool and the shower curtain was so disgustingly dirty that we would not use it.
Having said that we called the number for assistnce on the Monday and within a few hours all these issues had been put right. There is no doubt the "in resort" staff are excellent.
However, bearing in mind this is self catering accommodation and we like to
"eat in" rather than always eating out, we have always found the cook ware poor. There are only three fairly small saucepans - no large one and there is no dish or the like to cook anything in the oven other than the basic grill shelf that comes with an oven
Maybe the owner should be encouraged to equip the apartment a little better and then we would give it an "excellent" rating overal

Thank you for your email. I know you have used the apartment 4 times now and I know you love the location, the views and the tranquil complex.
I am extremely sorry that you seemed to be short of various kitchen utensils. As you know, I own the apartment next door and prior to you we had a group who booked both apartments. It seems they moved a lot of things over to the other apartment where most of the cooking ocurred. Management have now rectificed this so all utensils are back in place again. They have also changed the shower curtain.
This is my 2nd home and I take pride in keeping it to the highest standard and will do for all guests. I am glad our management team reacted so quickly for you - sometimes, and with the best will in the world, things don't go 100% as you should, but like you, with one quick call, the main thing is that it is, and was all rectified.

A beautiful, clean, well furnished and equipped apartment set in a very quiet, clean well maintained complex. The description of the apartment is very accurate.
The resort itself is quiet too (but just what we like) but still plenty of nice restaurants very close by to eat at (if you go make sure you go along the coastal path as there are lots of restaurants virtually under the complex swimming pool that you could easily miss) Thankfully there are no noisy bars or clubs! Just the one Irish bar opposite within walking distance which is good (especially for watching football) although prices in there are not the cheapest.
A real home from home. (Except with sun!) Perfect for couples.
Can't wait to go back!

Aquamarina flats are a very well maintained complex, in general. It has two swimming pools and the whole complex has a very tranquil feel about it.
The flat we stayed in was clean, well furnished and very well equipped. The flats are also very close to shops bars and good retaurants. There are additional shops and restaurants, as you make your way down to and in the san blas centre, which is a twenty minute walk.
This is our second visit to Auamarina apartments at golf del sur and we have enjoyed it so much that we are now thinking about buying a flat at the Auamarina complex.
We are a 49 and 51 year old couple.

We felt that the appartment could have been cleaner. The Floor was very dusty especally under the beds, where it hadn't been cleaned at all.
We thought that clean towels and a change of bed linen could have been provided at least once during the weeks stay.
On the whole the appartment is in a very good position

Many thanks for your feedback. We were rather surprised to hear your comments about the cleaning in the apartment. You told us that you would be arriving at the apartment at 11am and requested an early check-in. We told you that someone did not depart until 10am so that gave the cleaners, one hour to do a three hour clean! You accepted that, but we did warn you that it may not be up to our normal high standard.
We also make it clear to every customer that towels are changed weekly but there is an option to order more towels before your arrival at a small extra cost. You chose not to have that option.
I am glad you enjoyed the apartment. It's virtually brand new, immaculately kept and I agree, it certainly is in one of the best positions in the area. I also understand that you successfully picked up the hire car that we arranged in advance for you and left at the apartment and hope all was well with that.

The apartment was clean, well equipped and met all of our expectations. The complex was well maintained, clean and very quiet with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. An ideal place to chill out and totally relax with wonderful costal walks.
We especially appreciated the meet and greet service provided by Overseas Property Management and their attention throughout our stay.

A lovely comfortable apartment with stunning views over the pool and sea. All modern conveniencies clean and close to restaurents and shops.Plenty of storage space, hot water and good TV programs for that rainy day. We will come again if we need accommodation in Tenerife.Many Thanks

Quiet, relaxing and with stunning views of the ocean this appartment is ideally placed for those who do not wish to be distracted from doing nothing!!! The appartment is very clean and well appointed, with lovely decor and is perfect for chilling out. The balcony overlooks both the complex pool and ocean. The complex is clean throughout and the pool and deck area is the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. There are plenty of sunloungers as well as peace and quiet!
