Excellent apartment, clean and smart and in great condition. Air con great, beds really comfy. Location - great when going downhill but recommend a taxi coming back. Thanks to Paul for picking us up and dro pping us off at airport as well as getting us a few groceries in for our arrival. Great value for money.

Location up a hill but we had hire cars so no problem! Other than that excellent all round!

My friends and I have just returned from a week at Villa Marina and we absolutely loved it.The photos do not do the apartment justice.We were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was.The views off the verandah are absolutely amazing.We never tired of looking at them and couldn,t believe how lucky we were.The two double bedrooms share the same amazing view.The twin room room looks into the garage but you only sleep there.We spent most of the time on the balcony.The apartment has two lovely bathrooms and also a downstairs wc which comes in very handy.The kitchen was nice and bright and had everything you needed.Overall the apartment was spotless and Paul and Martin who take care of the apartment were both lovely.Paul picked us up from the airport and took us back.It was so much easier and cheaper than getting the bus or a taxi and much less hassle.Before we left England we gave Paul a shopping list and it was in the fridge when we arrived which was great (thanks Paul).
The apartment was up a hill but it was nice being away from the hustle and bustle and it was also very quiet.It,s easier taking the lift to the 13th floor and turning left and going out that gate rather than the one on the 9th where the apartment is.Much quicker!!At the bottom of the hill the supermarkets,bars and the beach start.You get much more choice and variety at the bigger supermarkets further into town.We always stopped for a drink at Vincent,s at the bottom of the hill for a drink every time we walked down.Happy hour was good and also the food was very nice.We always got a taxi back up which cost between 4 & 7 Euros.Well worth the money!!!!There,s also a bus every 20 minutes but it was easy enough to walk down.
The verandah is huge and the plunge pool is a godsend when your hot off sunbathing.We put about a foot of water in it & emptied it every day to get rid of the beasties.The chairs are really comfy(the pads are in the cupboard under the stairs).The only thing that,s missing from this apartment is sunbeds.It,s nice to lie down when your sunbathing.There are plenty of sunbeds by the communal pool which is also lovely and never busy.
After seeing some of the apartments and hotels in the centre we were pleased we had chosen this apartment.I will be visiting Benidorm again and will be staying here.
Thanks again to Paul & Martin.If you get the chance go and visit them at their drag act.We had a really good night.
Can,t wait to go back!!

My expectations for a stay in Benidorm were low but I can honestly say we had a fantastic time. This apartment (if you can call it that- it is set over 2 floors) was fantastic. Very clean, modern, excellent views from the huge terrace, parking facility right outside our front door and very secure.
although you are up a hill it is only around a five minute walk down hill if your are able bodied. My mother walks with a stick and managed it in 15 minutes. We did not try the walk up as we had all had a few drinks and thought it better not to. Paul the acting caretaker was really helpful too. We arrived very late and he met us with keys even thought he was supposed to be working. also my Mum forget her medication when we left and he met us in Alicante to return it. If I stay in Benidorm again I would definately try to book this apartment again.

The apartment was above and beyond our expectations. With beautiful scenery, comfortable lodgings and exceptionally helpful caretakers who also offered airport transfer for a reasonable price.
The apartment was exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed from hairdryer, travel plugs, towels, kitchen utensils & air con.
10 out 10!! :-)

The property was very nice, clean, equipped with beautiful views of the see and the beach. Everything was nice except the satellite TV that did not work at all (maybe a blessing) and some issue with the parking remote gate opener. It was a good experience and we enjoyed staying there but be aware of the long steep walk back from the town/beach to the apartment on top of the mountain.

The 3 bedroom apartment was in a peaceful part of Benidorm, but was only a 6 euro taxi journey to the lively end. A lovely, clean apartment with good facilities, including an excellent air-con system. We were offered transfers for a very reasonable price from the man who looks after the apartment, which was about half the price we had been quoted from taxi firms. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

This really is an excellent property and the owners are very helpful. We had our daughter and 3 year old grandson with us and if I have one complaint it was that the sky tv didnt work and whilst tv is not on our agenda to a 3 year old who needs entertainment when tired and cranky CBBs would have been idea? having said that Paul the caretaker went the extra mile and lent us a pile of childrens dvds which saved the day. The aircon is a little noisey as it directly outside the main bedroom and number 2 bedroom which I feel is a developers bug and not the owners. This is a superb apparment and Paul will greet you on your arrival and he lives locally if you need anything INCLUDING LIFTS TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT. Nice owners fantastic views and an all round fantastic holiday thank you Greg and a big thank you to Paul.

We had a brilliant 2 weeks - the apartment is in a fantastic, quiet location and yet only a short walk downhill to the Front and everything else Benidorm has to offer! Cant fault the apartment - clean, well equipped etc. Will definitely re-book.

my husband and I and our three children booked a last minute stay at this resort in December and were absolutely thrilled with our accommodation. The apartment was superb and even though the weather was not great (well it was December!) we had a great time and definately plan to return here in the summer. Fantastic views, big balcony well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. one for us,one for the kids. Bliss!

The appartment was fantastic. It was not to far down the hill to the main town and not to hard back up the hill and the views were spectacular.

A beautiful appartment in an excellent location. Even thought the area that it is in is quite high (hill wise) it is still very close to the gorgeous beach. The apartment itself was excellent and was definitely worth the money.
On recommendation, I would suggest a few mionor things like, Television details on how to work it, hints that the iron shouldnt be put in a certain area and also suggest that bins are put in areas like the bathroom and the bedrooms? But these are just suggestions and would not affect the overall review.
