The town of Moraira is excellent quiet, relaxed lots of restaurants and bars to chose from. The owners of this property were great to deal with and very helpful. The villa is very well located and easy walking distance to the centre of town. We were let down with a few things in the property. The oven didnt work, my whole family had to climb over the security gate including my 70 year old aunt as it often didnt function properly. The sky tv also wasnt working but we were informed by neighbours this was a problem with tree growth blocking the signal. However, despite these small things the villa was lovely. with all rooms and pool being a good size.
Owner reply:
Just to come back on the points made by Gillian: our oven works absolutely fine, just not when using the timer at the same time (we should of said), our gate had a temporary blip but is absolutely fine and unfortunately sky is notoriously bad in this area, not due to tree growth. As Gillian notes we are I think, easy and helpful to deal with and we emphasised that if there were any problems at all the family should contact us on our mobile, unfortunately they did not or we could of sorted these problems over the phone. We are pleased though that they did have a lovely time and enjoyed the villa and Moraira.

Beautiful villa in a wonderful location. Moraira is fabulous. Only negatives were a mix up with obtaining the keys to enter the villa; only one set of keys made it difficult when our group wanted to go out separately.

Camino Estret is very well appointed and modern, yet has been constructed in a traditional style using good quality materials.
Generous accommodation with plenty of bathroom/shower facilities.
The villa is situated in a quiet location and the beaches and town centre are a 10-15 minute walk away (15-20 on the way back - uphill). There is also ample parking in Moraira if you prefer to drive.
If there is a down side (being very picky here) the pool could be considered a bit small for a 5 bedroom villa, however, our party consisted of 7 people and it was sufficient for our needs.
The owners are very friendly and helpful people.
Overall, thoroughly enjoyed the holiday and would not hesitate to recommend. August 2006

Camino Estret represents tremendous value. The villa is located close to Moraira town and enjoys sun from sunrise to sunset.
The pool is particularly good for small children and the addition of a second lounge works well for evening entertainment.
Thoroughly recommended

Highly specified new villa in a central location, close to Moraira town. Beautiful rooms, marble floors and nice to have ceiling fans everywhere, rather than air-con.
It was great being able to walk into Moraira in the evenings, as in July and August you can forget trying to park.

The villa is ideal for a family with children. Pool area is safe and the additional downstairs lounge meant we could enjoy a bit of freedom in the evening.
It took us about 15 minutes to walk into town. Thoroughly recommended.
