We had a great time at the Villa, it is in a great location not too far from all the Parks.
There was 7 adults living there for 9 days yet there was plenty of room for us all. All the rooms were excellent very tidy and clean.

this was an excellent property living up to the usual standard of the area.spotless, good size pool,wi-fi and plenty of living space.our party consisted of 5 adults and there was ample room for us all. maybe one slight point about directions.owner informed us villa was just north of solano villas.this was a good two miles north! in usa this is nothing but in n.ireland its a good bus ride lol.about 20 mins from disney going via 192 and sherbeth rd,about 30 mins from universal using I4.

Overall we were impressed with the villa. The Kitchen was fairly big and had pretty much everything youd need though we never actually cooked anything other than toast so i dont know about pots and pans. It has got a huge fridge freezer, large microwave and toaster kettle etc. The living room / lounge is huge and the seating is comfortable. Master Bedroom 1 is very large and the Bed seemed very comfortable, the Bathroom seems nearly as large as the bedroom. The bath tub is massive and the large walk in shower is impressive although this is let down by a very basic shower head which seems completely out of place. The toilet door also doesnt latch shut. Master Bedroom 2 is also nice with a comfortable bed and adequately sized bathroom. The pool is impressively sized and is in the sun for most of the day.
There were a few niggles with the villa but not enough to spoil the holiday. These being we couldnt get the light in the pool to work theres lots of light switches that dont do anything and you cant seem to turn the lamps on in the living room or Master Bedroom 1 without stumbling over to them in the dark first the recycling bin was missing and theres 2 guest directory folders that seem to contradict each other. Ie, says that guests arent responsible for housekeeping and Laundry and the other says to strip the beds and wash the towels when you leave!
Overall this Villa is very impressive and is a great base for your holiday.

This property was fantastic!!
Beautiful and well kept with all of the amenities you could desire.
The owner of the villa is very well organised and equipped us with all of the information and advice we needed to make our holiday perfect!!
This property is situated within the Tuscan Hills gated community which is simply lovely and gives a very safe feeling.
We went to all of the parks and the drive was very manageable to all!!
Absolutely loved this villa and we are going to try our best to go back to florida next year, and if we can it will definitely be this villa we will be booking!!

This was our first time using a Villa, and while at first it did seem far away from the theme parks it made up for it in other ways.
We had checked out other properties that where closer, but after driving by many of the other resorts there were only a few minutes of a difference in drive time, even though the price was in some cases much higher than this one.
The villa décor was of a high standard and instantly very welcoming, the only small gripe was that the tables in the family room where not at all toddler friendly with pointed metal corners (we just covered them with blankets to solve the problem).
Two master bedrooms made this a great choice for us as a family so there were no arguments for the master suites, although one of them was a bit grander than the other, with a large bath tub and walk in shower.
Again one very small blip was that the bathrooms could have been cleaned a little bit better.
The covered pool had a removable fence around it to keep little ones away, I don’t recall seeing this mentioned in the Villa description, but a very welcome safety feature, the pool was also quite private, there are other villas very close which is to be expected but there was a small hedge that gave you that needed privacy.
One last gripe was the central air-conditioning, the instructions where that it should not be set lower than 78 as it may lead to a malfunction, if you did lower this you as a tenant would be liable for repairs costs. We found that this was just not suitable and throughout our stay had to lower the temperature although we did not keep it lower for to long for fear of damaging the unit. If this air-conditioning unit is not able to work at lower rates for a more sustained period of time then it needs upgraded.
So to summarize I would absolutely use this villa again and would recommend it to anyone, with everything in balance I would give this villa 9 out of 10.

Excellent value for moneya nicely appointed villa with very good furnishings in a quiet estate and with excellent restaurants closeby, The olive garden and Applebys.
Please let Dr Shane Markey know we really enjoyed our stay at his villa and would positively recommend it to others.

This villa is perfect. It has everything you may need and its very big - we are a family of 4 but the villa would be ideal for 2 families of 4 too.
We have travelled extensively and stayed in many 5* hotels and villas, this is the best we have experienced.
Its the ideal base for visiting the theme parks but even if youre not doing the whole Disney thing you would find this an ideal holiday home.

My family and I have stayed in a lot of villas in both the States and Europe and in our opinion this is a really lovely property - extremely spacious, tastefully decorated and equipped to a very high standard. Upon arrival, the villa was immaculately presented and felt very welcoming, and throughout our stay we found it a peaceful and comfortable place to relax, providing a welcome contrast to the busyness of the theme parks. The development upon which it stands is also very well maintained.
We found the owner very pleasant to deal with, being amenable to our requests and responding very promptly to our enquiries.
We are already looking forward to our next visit.

We stayed in this beautiful villa for a 3 week period during June/July 2009. When we arrived and entered the property we were so impressed at the standard of its finish. The villa catered for our every need and it was a joy to return to it after long days at Disney and relax by its private pool, which was a big favourite of the kids. The villa is well situated to all of the theme parks and other attractions. We are hoping to holiday next year again in Florida and will have no hesitation in booking this property again. We would highly recommend this villa for your stay in Orlando, Florida. The McClelland family, Northern Ireland.

High quality luxury home in a great location! The house looks like a show home, but is comfortable and relaxing to be in.
Easy access to all Orlando and Tampa parks.
Local shops within 5 minutes of the house eg. Publix supermarket, take aways, Restaurant.
The house has every fixture and fitting you could need for a fabulous family holiday. The Management of the property while we were there were excellent, regular inspections by the Pool man and telephone calls to ensure we had everything we needed.
This is our third time to the area, and the first to this house. This was the best we have stayed in! Highly recommended. Hope to return soon!

This is our 8th visit to Orlando and have always stayed in a villa. This villa was of an excellent standard, with superior decor and fittings. The internet access was a major plus and was invaluable.
The secure gated community was to the highest standard and the location was perfect for the attractions, shops and restaurants. Access onto both the I4 and HWY 192 was within minutes.
We have already recommended this villa to friends and family and are hoping to return ourselves next time.
From start to finish, communication was first class and stress-free.
Thanks for making our holiday a cut above.

We had a wonderful time, the villa is beautiful with great decor, furniture and everything you need but may have forgot! With its own pool on a very quiet- security entry gated development, within easy reach of all the attractions i really would recommend this villa and certainly hope to book again. The owner was very helpful and easy to get hold of. Thanks for a great base whilst in florida ***
