It was a great place to stay at and fit are needs perfectly. With 6 people (me, wife, two kids, two grandparents) there was still room for more. I would recommend.

Relaxing area off main Highway , conveniently located superstore across the road for all amenities. Theme parks and attractions within easy reach. Property situated on small gated housing estate.

The house is centrally located so you are only driving minutes from all theme parks. Our longest drive was an hour and that put us in Tampa (Busch Gardens).
If you want to do some souvenier shopping, you are within walking distance of a variety shops. With the bus system and shuttle services to the parks you would not even have to rent a car. Also, when you need house supplies including groceries you are only a 5 minute walk from Walmart in which has everything you need and is open 24 hours/ 7 days a week.
The cost of the house is the same price as a hotel but instead you have more room, privacy and can choose to eat at home (having two teenage boys who are always hungry it was a money saver having our own groceries instead of having to depend on restaurants). This was our first time renting a house instead of staying at a hotel and I would HIGHLY recommend it to families.

Love the location as it is so close to shopping and eating, but yet it's set in a quiet and peaceful area of Kissimmee.

If you want a place to relax after a day at Disney or Universal this is ultimate get away .. lots of space, in a good central location and everything you could think of is in the house. It is decorated in a stylish way and the linens and towels are of a high quality. The Wal Mart is about a two minute drive away and there are lots of restaurants within about 10 minutes. The pool feels great on a hot day and the game tables in the garage make a fun time for the kids. I would highly recommend this property .. no excuse to stay home ..

Bass Road joins interstate192 which is a main route in the Kissimmee / Disney area. there are many restaurants, ranging from cheap takeaways to more expensive steak and fish/ lobster restaurants. there are also entertainments ranging from 'fairground' type facilities to miniature golf, evening dinner shows, amusements, gift shops, clothes, shoe and most other shopping facilities. Although close to most amenities the house is in a small quiet gated estate of relatively new houses. There are adjacent building plots which are yet to be completed.

although Bass road is on the city limits of Kissemmee, it was a great place to stay, medieval times is within walking distance and also the walmart, also there is a great adventure golf there. It was in easy access of disney and universal and would definately go again if we had the chance.

Would just like to conclude. Everything from booking online to emails received to the property and its location was excellent and first class. I'm not usually the sort of person who goes to the same place twice on the run. But this was my second visit and it was better than the first time. Have a guess where my next holiday will be. Yes you guess correct, i'm coming back and looking forward to stay in the same place as the service i received was excellent. Thankyou.
