Faial is a pleasant place to go on holiday. When we were there the weather was not so good and, maybe because of this, the town seemed deserted. Restaurants and cafe seemed closed or empty. Only few sailors were around. Nonetheless, it was peaceful and the views were amazing. Maybe not the best place if you are seeking some exciting night-life!
