Not much happens in Kiti Village,but nearby Pervolia in the evening is great, lovely tavernas to eat,drink and be merry. The church in Kiti is worth a look though,we couldn't find the dam.

KITI VILLAGE ITSELF IS IDEALLY PLACED FOR LARNACA AIRPORT AND MAKENZY BEACH ( SOME NICE TAVERNAS ON THE BEACHFRONT, CHANGING ROOMS AND TOILETS,AND CAR PARKING AND CLOSE UP VIEWS OF AIRCRAFT LANDING, WHICH SURPRISINGLY IS NOT TO DISTURBING ). WHICH ARE 10 MINUTES DRIVE FROM KITI.
A FURTHER 10 MINUTES TAKES YOU TO LARNACA TOWN CENTRE AND ITS BEACHFRONT PROMONADE, PHINEKIDES, WITH EVERY TYPE OF EATERY, BARS, ETC.
LARNACA IS VERY EASY TO FIND YOUR WAY AROUND BY CAR, WITH MANY HISTORIC SITES, MUSEUMS, OUTDOOR CONCERTS, A SEAFRONT STAGE ON PHINEKIDES, AN 8 SCREEN CINEMA WITH MOST FILMS IN ENGLISH, AND THE BEST COD AND CHIPS ANYWHERE, AT CESSACS, ON THE ARMY BASE AT DHEKELIA.
LARNACA IS BEING IMPROVED IN SEVERAL AREAS, ESPECIALLY ON THE EAST SIDE OF TOWN, AND THE AREA BETWEEN LARNACA FORT AND MAKENZY BEACH IS ALSO BEING MODERNISED. AT NO TIME DURING OUR STAY DID WE FEEL UNSAFE, AND LIKE THE ALMOST FAR EASTERN ATMOSPHERE THAT LARNACA GIVES.
WE ARE BUYING A 2 BEDROOM PENTHOUSE IN KITI OURSELVES, DUE FOR COMPLETION IN 2010, WHICH IS ONLY A 5 MINUTE WALK TO THE VILLAGE CENTRE, WHERE EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS AT HAND, ( BANKS, SUPERMARKETS, ELECTRICAL GOODS, BAKERIES, RESTAURANTS AND CYPRIOT TAVERNAS ETC. ), BUT YOU DO NEED A CAR TO GET TO THE BEACH, NEAREST IS PHAROS, PAST PERIVOLIA.

i was looking for a relaxing holiday and quality time with my children and this was the ideal place. we had a fantastic time and we are sad to be back but hope to go to the same place next year.

The village of Kiti is well positioned only 8 km and 10 minutes from Larnaca International Airport, and 11 km and 15 minutes from Larnaca town center.
The village itself provides for a full range of amenities including a bank with ATM, shops, restaurants and a supermarket as well as the more diverse offerings of an internet cafe, beauty salon and pizza takeaway. As such, Kiti is equipped with all business, shopping and entertainment facilities for an enjoyable holiday and has received many awards for its palm tree lined streets as being the cleanest onthe island!
