This site is absolutely perfect for a break away from the stresses and strains of everyday living. You cant help but relax in the spectacular setting and views change daily according to weather and the way the sun shines on the loch and hills. Boathouse is perfect for a "special meal" or just a bar snack or quiet drink. All staff that we met from reception to staff in Boathouse and workers at Marina or grass cutting were very friendly and courteous throughout our stay. Killin is a lovely wee village (I would love to stay somewhere like that) and again everyone was so friendly. Highly recommend Killin Hotel for a nice meal. The nearby falls are well worth a visit, amazing to see the power of mother nature as water cascades over the rocks. Cannot recommend highly enough, would even go as far as to say this was the most relaxing holiday I have ever been on and will definately be back for more of the same. Thanks to everyone who made holiday special for me

The area was very quiet but there was enough for what you needed. The drives to the local villages were very scenic and the local people were extremely friendly. The views of the area were second to none. Would definately return.
