Playa del Cura has an unspoilt, natural beach in a tranquil setting - the sunsets are amazing. The only large hotels are on the beachfront and they have been superbly upgraded to 4*. From the beach there is a coastal 'scramble over rocks' to Amadores but on the way stop at one of the two traditional beach bars used by the locals (you will never have a drink closer to the Atlantic Ocean!). The resort of Playa del Cura only has a few bars and restaurants but they are excellent and so friendly. They are also very popular so book as soon as you arrive. Playa del Cura is small, friendly, relaxed and well worth a visit. Puerto Mogan and Puerto Rico are easily accessible by local bus if you want to venture further afield.

Very quiet, small beach, bit of building work going on. Lovely view across the sea.Good location for a base to visit nearby noisier places or good for a relaxing holiday.
