Universal is certainly growing fast! However, one thing I think could be worthy of a mention, is that we never saw any directions for tourists that pointed the way into Kato Paphos. I think that a little money spent by the local authority on direction signs for tourists, would be money well spent.

The area we stayed in was clearly under development, would like to re-visit in a few years time as I think there will be much more by way of facilities e.g. restaurants, bars etc closer to the apartment. Great holiday though and the apartment was great.

A lot of developing is happening in Universal at the moment, there will be some fantastic properties to stay in when this has been completed. On the whole very clean, very safe to walk around and would certainly return in the future.

we had a winter break at iris cottage so peacefull and restfull as being oap the walk to pathos was realy good we could have used the local bus but the weather was great early march so lots of fresh air.
little super market around the corner so the nights in plenty to eat and drink villa far much better than we thought pool cold still manged to go in for a swim would recommend this winter break iris cottages kato pathos.
