nice place but you definatly need a car as everywhere to far to walk.

Villamartin is a very quiet area offering a good variety of restaurants and bars. It does lack shops to the point a smoker in our party could not buy English cigarettes and was informed by a local that we had to travel to a town 15mins away to buy them. That said 2 large supermarkets are a short drive away. The Villamartin plaza is a nice arrangement of bars and restaurants and we were suprised to find that, although very nice, all the ones we ate in were owned by either English or Irish. (we went to a different one every one of our 10 night stay). Definitely need a car to get around to places like the beach, shops and water parks but Golf club right on the door step. Enjoyed what we had and would recommend.

Villamartin is one of the best places i have stayed in spain. It has a large british community and everyone is so friendly.
It is so quiet and relaxing and a minimum drive to lovely beaches, although most villas share a communal pool with relaxing surroundings. Villa martin can also boast some of the best restuarants in spain.
