Although Adeje was very easy to get too it was too far away to walk to the beach or any entertainment or restaurants and you definately needed a car which then enabled the driver not to have a glass of wine with dinner.
Review by Gayle Downie from Coventry
We could only see Adeje in the day by driving down and parking is almost none existent the new one way sytem makes getting in anywhere very difficult For us there was no beach near Los Olivos. Taxis were 20euro and the one time we used them they did not where Casa Acaymo was. We saw very few children at this end and found it very expensive.

Been to Costa Adeje a couple of times and love it. Sheraton last year and Adeje Golf this year. La Caleta has some great restaurants and the Del Duque beach is good enough for the kids to have fun on. Of the resorts in Tenerife this is the classiest and we will definitely go back there.
Review by Brian Dayson from Farnborough
Adeje is easily the best and most diverse resort in Tenerife. The village of La Caleta is the most traditional spot on the seafront, with excellent seafood restaurants, clifftop walks and deep-sea swimming. Above La Caleta is the Golf Course which has superb facilities. Further south along the coast is Torviscas Beach, where you can enjoy sunbeds, shops and watersports - the perfect family seaside. Next you have the harbour and marina at Puerto Colon, where you will fnd some of the best seafront restaurants in the area - arrive before 8:00 to be sure of a table. Finally top marks go to the new water park 'Siam Park' which is well worth the ticket price - even veteran water park enthusiasts will be impressed with the rides here! We had an absolute blast and are already planning to return next year.
