The property is in Gran Alcant. There is a very steep hill down to the beach. I think it would be very tiring to walk up after a day on the beach. Good value snack bars and restaurants nearby. You do not need to take the car every time. Resort does feel very spread out. Building work in the general area, did not affect this property. It was abit quite, we went in October. However, we would go again. Handy position to get into Alicante and it didn't take long to get to Benidorm.

a good family holiday not for 18-30 our villa was clean and well looked after.the key holder alan was very helpful and worked quickly to sort out any problems
