if you want to learn about the turkisch culture cesme is a good please to do so.in this small village the people are very friendly.
you can take a romantic walk along the harbour,or visit shops in the small centre of the village,witch is not to crowded. you can choose one of the various nice restaurants where the food is good and cheap. And afterwards sit in a bar to listen to the live music and maybe dance some turkisch dance together.
If you want some culture, you visit the beautifull castle down at the harbour. And if you need to relax, you either go to the Hamam also in the harbour, or you take a 5 minute cartrip to the near town Ilica. There are natural hot springs in the sea! This is a public place, so you do not need to pay for this.
Over the D300 street you can drive easily to Izmir, Kusadasi, Selcuk and Ephesos if you are in need of more culture, shops or nightlife and action.
By return to cesme you will enjoy even more the untouched nature of cesme.

Ideal location for the two of us.
Nice and quiet before the start of the season.
Weather great, very friendly people. Great food and plenty to see and do around and about.
Will be returning next year.
