What's the weather like in Costa Blanca?
Like all of southern Spain, the weather here is fantastic. The average temperature in August is 32C and an average of 12 hours of sunshine a day in summer! So it is not hard to see the Costa’s most obvious selling point.
The biggest city of the Costa Blanca is Alicante (although the Costa is part of the Valencia region). North of Alicante you will find the towns of Benidorm, Calpe, Moraira, Javea and Denia. To the south you will find Guadamar and Torrevieja.
