Being one of the most popular holiday destinations, the Costa del Sol naturally has endless attractions and monuments to visit. And being such a large area you cannot name every one place to visit. Along the coastline there are thousands of restaurants, chiringuitos, tapas bars and night clubs but as you progress inland you will discover the more cultural and historical side of the Costa. The ancient town of Ronda is a must-see and a visit to the city of Malaga cannot go a miss.
There are also many traditional villages worth a visit such as Frigiliana, Casares, Guacin and Mijas. All a short car journey away and certainly worth the drive. Or if you fancy leaving the entire touristy visits behind, check out some of the beautiful unspoilt Andalusian countryside. Here you can admire the spectacular mountainous scenery as well as discover a separate side to the Costa del Sol.
