Crescent Lakes is a secure development of upmarket villas, situated about 6 miles from Kissimmee's main centre. It's close enough to the action and secluded enough for a peaceful holiday. Highly recommended.

Cresent Lakes was an amazing place to stay, it was close enough to all theme parks but situated in some wonderful groundsaway from any hussle and bussel. Cresent Lakes offerd us as a family, wonderful holiday accomodation that was just like home from home.

The Cresent lakes community seems to be very similar to other developments in the area. It is situated quite away from Kissimmee in an area known as Poinciana, a different area altogether really. It would suite a party looking for a quieter area rather than the hustle and bustle of Kissimmee or International drive. Saying that it is still only 20 minutes away from Disney. We actually used interstate 4 rather than going through Kissimmee every time. It was longer but quicker. We stayed in the Aster Cove area of cresent Lakes that had the advantage of being a gated community ( an advantage if you remember the gate code that is... its a long story!!! ), which makes you feel very secure. It even has regular security patrols, not that it needed it as it is in a lovely area. Golf courses are plentiful and if you don't want to break the bank I would reccomend The Oaks. $58 a round including club hire and a buggy. Can't argue with that, and an excellent course to boot. Overall we all enjoyed our stay and are already looking to book for next year. Maybe a little bit closer to the hustle and bustle though, I'm only young after all.

Crescent Lakes is a nice quiet neighbourhood. Ideal for families. Centrally located with a large Wal-Mart just down the road.

Crescent lakes is lovely about 12 mins to us192 where you will find a vast amount of restaurants and shops, the old town of Kissimmee is worth a look about 5mins down 192 Thursday night is bike night and we visited this, very busy but safe enough for children and plenty of places to eat & drink. We had a couple of walmarts very close to us either way down US192 you have the walmart supercentres. To the entrance of Magic Kingdom it took us approximately 8 mins from the 192 so disney theme parks just under 20 mins away. International Drive roughly 15 mins passing seaworld/Orlando Premium Outlets and the new water park Aquatica on your way(Aquatica opens March next year). Just a few restaurants we visited were Chillis, Tony Romas, Pacinos Italian all were excellent.
