Elvira is an excelent center, it has all the shops, supermarkets you will need plus a great selection of bars and restaurants. The beach is one of the best in the area and there is good access from the main roads.

Elviria is a fantastic location only half hour from malaga and only twenty minutes to a fantastic water park .Brilliant for kids loads of swimming , beach close just all good all round!

The resort of Elviria had plenty of different restaurants, Italian, Asian,Chinese etc, although as a family of 5 found quite expensive to eat out, however with 2 supermarkets and plenty of choice you don't have to eat out every night. In the resort the beach is lovely, clean and great for kids. Other big towns Marbella, Puerto Banus, Torremolinos are all very nearby and worth a visit. All in all a great place to go for all ages.
