What's the weather like in Granada Prov?
The Granada Province is situated in Southern Spain in the region of Andalusia towards the East. The surrounding Provinces are Jaen, Cordoba, Seville, Malaga and Almeria. So all are within easy reach. It is a reasonably large area and is home to the highest mountain peaks in all of Spain, the Sierra Nevada. These fantastic mountains provide a winter ski resort and some beautiful natural surroundings. Natural Parks and Nature Reserves are present here too.
Like all of southern Spain the Granada Province can get very hot. Temperatures in the middle of summer can easily soar into the 30s. Most residents take a siesta during the hottest hours of the day, and it suggested that you do too. It is pretty hard not to though!
