The goal for our family was to relax and choose our activites when we got to Florida. I think many families and groups would find the villa suitable for a diverse number of activities.
The community was extremely quiet and relaxing.

Smallish community with free access to communal pool, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts.
Very safe. Many propertys for sale and going for a good price. A morning walk around the development is around 4 miles. Shops, bars and restaurants are a 10-15 minute drive up the main road. Very convinient for all Orlando attractions (30 - 45 minutes drive tops).
