amazing holiday,and alot of factors contribute to having a holiday of a lifetime,and staying in a place that we couldnt fault but daily praised meant that there was always a good buzz in the house,the freedom to come and go compared to a hotel room with four walls,no comparrison,its opened up our eyes to the way we want have our future holidays regarding the space ,luxury and comfort of a villa.

The gated community was very nice and had no problems from the neighbors. We were not able to have cell phone access as AT&T would not have reception in the neighborhood or where we were at least. We had access outside of the neighborhood. Stores were near us and time wise to the park was just 10 minutes. Good time to put on sunscreen and map out the day! It was well worth it to us to stay off property.

Highgate Park is a gated housing estate with residential and vacation homes. The home are less the 2 years old and at our time of visit in April, although it was during our school holidays and there was an American spring break we found the area to be nice and quiet. There are local shops and restuarants by car and approx 20/25 mins to Disney, Sea World etc.

I cant even explain how happy we were. We spent the first night just walking around in amazement it was beautiful and I mean this house was gorgeous I still have goose bumps. Whosever house this is I love you ..man you have made my families wildest dreams come true by allowing use of this villa. thank you

Highate Park is a haven away from the bustling crowds of the theme park. Nestled away from the busy road, but close enough to restaurants, supermarkets Disney and Universal. We couldn't of stayed in a better community. The houses are well spaced out, our villa back onto a conservation area, but even those that backed onto other homes with pools, they were well spaced and not close together. Highgate is gated with a tennis court and childrens play area. We were happy to stay there for our holiday and would not hesitate to go back.

Truly a place to unwind at the end of a busy day at the entertainment parks! The peace and quiet, not to mention the space, was a welcome change at the end of the fun filled day.

Highgate Park was a more residential community than we have stayed at before but it was well maintained and the house we stayed at was beautiful. Found Highgate Park to be a little remote, really on the outskirts of the area, but still an ok distance from Disney and the other attractions.

A well located estate with easy access to I4 and the 192. There is a supermarket with other shops and take away restaurants nearby. Perfect area for those with a car but too far away if not and wanting to go anywhere. Would recommend for families.
