A very Spanish beach resort (no english papers etc) - very good for young families - enough things to do for everyone particularly if you enjoy golf. Very good place to be able to visit the rest of the Costa de la Luz, Sevilla and Portugal. Big advantage if you have a spanish speaker in your party

Islantilla is a family orientated Spanish resort. There are not the hordes of foreigners I have experienced at the med resorts. A basic understanding of Spanish is useful as many do not speak English. The restaurants serve great sea food as well as other traditional dishes. The beach, although crowded at times, is very nice and well equipped with showers/toilets etc.
A great place to go if you want a real Spanish beach holiday.
