AS STATED VILLA IS GREAT VALUE BUT THE ACTUAL AREA OF LONG MEADOW IN ROTONDA DOES NOT HAVE A LOT GOING FOR IT, HOWEVER BEACHES ONLY 15MIN DRIVE AWAY.
