Opening hours
Big supermarkets and department stores open from 9am to 9pm Monday-Saturday, but smaller shops tend to shut between 2pm and 5pm, then reopen for a few hours. Banks open Monday-Friday from 8.30am-2pm and sometimes on Saturday from 9am-1pm. Exchange offices (cambio) open longer.

Spain is part of the Pet Travel Scheme but your animal must have all the right documentation, which can be time-consuming. Ask your vet for advice.
