This area is ideal for family holidays. Superb beaches with good roads between resorts, if you want to travel around.

They are spending a lot of money in Torrevieja to make the place smarter. The promenade, the new theatre are excellent examples of the developments that are taking place. Although very cosmopolitan, Torrevieja still retains a very Spanish feel to it. It combines good bars, restaurants and very friendly shops with a strong cultural history.
We love Orihuela particularly the old quarter. When you visit the city you feel as though you are truly in Spain.
