A great place to visit. How the other half live would be my title. Fashion shops and restaurants are in abundance. I dont think ive seen so many sports cars and Humvies in one place. Drinks range from 5 euros to 15 in the marina so its not cheap but at the same time its definately worth experiancing.
If your a golfer then there is simply just too many to choose from. All the courses are kept in immaculate condition. However sometimes maintenance or additional holes are being built so ask your holiday rep or the courses themselves if any work is being done.
The casino is great place visit. Hottest venue with the latest games, a real must to visit.

Puerta Banus is a lively destination with dusting of opulence. There is a choice of beaches to the east and west with a range of sunbed options stretching from basic to super-champagne-delux. Plenty of shops ranging from stalls under white tents in the main square, to grand HippoCor department store. Nightlife is very lively with some of the nightclubs not even opening until 2am.
The main restaurants are located by the harbour with fantastic views of the Sunseekers obscured occasionally by a passing Bentley or Porsche. If you need a break from the crowd head down towards Cancelada and check out Heaven Beach by the mouth of the Rio Guadalmansa, a quiet haven with a single bar and restaurant to keep you refreshed while working on your suntan.

Puerto Banus is busy with great entertainment places but changes character after midnight. A great place but Eastern European hookers and the like do make it a bit of a pain in the wee small hours.

close to the main road so you can tour the area, very little traffic compared to England, I took my sat/nav with me with the Spanish Roads on and it worked a treat and made driving easy. There are bus stops close to the apartment if you have'nt got a car and local car hire if you just require a car for a short period.

Puero Banus really lives up to its reputation of a glamorous resort. Ferrari, Rolls Royce and many other expensive cars drive through the port, us mere mortals looking on in awe. This really is the place were people like to be noticed in all their finery, really enjoyed people watching. The yatchts in the harbour were incredible, we were constantly on the look out for the owners, we were told many celebrities visit Puerto Banus,
The shopping was amazing I had to keep a strict watch on my spending.
Great entertainment for everyone on offer also lovely open air market with very unusual items for sale.
Throughly enjoyed Puerto Banus, I,m sure anyone visiting would find it delightful.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Albert and Ayesha for their kindness and hospitality! My family and I had an absolutely amazing time and my mother had a great 40th out there. We definitely hope to return next year.
The main attraction to us as a family was the luxurious apartment... it is an absolute beauty, the decor is superb, we were supplied with each and every utensil you could possibly desire in the kitchen. It was basically a home away from home. The description of the apartment and holiday was correct; however we certainly did not expect the superb hospitality we received. Derek was great and very hospitable towards us.
My 10 year old brother developed an abscess whilst we were on holiday, therefore we were in need of a dentist to urgently help us, Derek was very kind and referred us to a brilliant dentist in Estepona (just minutes away from the apartment).
br /> Albert and Ayesha’s beach was the second main attraction for us! We either spent time in the apartment and swimming pool or at the private beach (near Guadalmina Golf Hotel), which was BEAUTIFUL! The blue Mediterranean sea and the golden sand was breathtaking. And the best part for us was that there were hardly any people there… we visited the beach five days out of seven and in total we noticed maybe 5 or 6 people altogether.
This to me is the definition of true bliss! We explored the nearby towns and villages too. Puerto Banus was amazing with its expensive and classy shops on the beautiful port, where I bought my swanky Prada Handbag. Marbella is also a lovely place to go shopping as they have a huge department store called “El Corte Ingles”.
We enjoyed the Delicious Indian cuisine from Taj Restaurant, which is towards Estepona.
Just before I forget the swimming pool in the apartment was amazing too! We basically had it to ourselves as no one else used it to our enjoyment! I practiced my cannonballs and had a blast topping up my tan and thoroughly enjoyed being under the beautiful blue sky!
Overall, our Spanish experience was fantastic and we definitely recommend to others! It’s a great family holiday or even for that romantic getaway its perfect!
The lovely weather was awesome and nice and hot for us, makes a change from British boring weather... I will go back again and again if I can! Thank you Albert and Ayesha!

For anyone visiting Puerto Banus for the first time they should be aware that the front is a series of designer shops alternated only by restaurants. This may give the impression to a first time visitor that the resort is unafforably expensive. Not true once outside of the Marina of course.

We found Puerto Banus to be more expensive this year than in previous years. We still loved our holiday there and will definitely be going back, we feel at home there.

Marbella is a more expensive oart of Spain which made it more relaxed & gave us more space without crowded beaches etc.

Puerto Banus is based around a harbour full of the world’s most exotic yachts, and the waterfront is lined with lively restaurants and bars where you can often spot the rich and famous who like to holiday in this area. The town is renowned for it’ s night life, and you can even do your shopping up to 2am!
The Puerto Banus region of Andalucia’s Costa Del Sol is centered around the towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus, and is renowned not only as Europe's golfing capital but also as a particularly prestigious and up-market resort area on the coast between the mountains and the beautiful beaches in the southern-most part of Spain. Close by the beach are expensive developments of villas and apartments, while the valleys running up to the mountains are filled with beautiful golf courses. There are over 30 golf courses in the nearby area, one of them just five minutes away, and several tennis ranches in the valley. Puerto banus is just 30 minutes by motorway from Malaga international airport, which has regular approx. two hour low cost direct flights to most of Europe, and within easy day trip range are Seville, Cordoba, Cadiz, Gibraltar and a one hour drive and an hour on the ferry even takes you to North Africa! Nearby Marbella town itself has often been described as the St Tropez of Spain, and has a historical centre of quaint little lanes and shady marble paved squares full of pavement cafes, as well as exceptional and good value shopping, and with all major designers well represented. Above the beautiful sandy beach, the promenade here is the place to see and be seen. In the other direction towards Gibraltar you will find the lovely beaches, marina and very Spanish town of Estapona. Being as far south as you can get in mainland Europe and so close to North Africa, the weather is reliably rain free and hot in summer, and many people say that the shoulder seasons, being just a little cooler, are especially nice- and travel to the area (and playing golf here) is particularly popular at these times.
