The Santa Maria Estate seemed to be a mostly residential estate, so very quiet, not at all touristry. We loved to be able to sit on the patio by the pool overlooking the sea. So peaceful and beautiful scenery.

Generally quiet estate which is good but the substantial and generally unplanned development in a multitude of styles from upmarket to scruffy has spoilt what was probably an attractive valley

Good area for families not noisy at all. loads to do and see especially Paradise Bay the name speaks for itself!!! A swim with dolphins is a must.
