Sveti Vlas is on the whole a really nice town, but not for disabled or elderly. Pavements are untended with broken slabs and holes. There were no roads to our villa (30 mins walk from centre) just muddy tracks with lots of construction traffic. When it rained we were trapped indoors as it was impossible to walk in the thick mud. Taxi drivers wouldn't come to the villa as their cars bottomed out on the roads. We were helped by a man with a jeep, even the jeep had trouble navigating the potholes and lud. Packs of dogs roamed on an evening so we tended to eat early and get back to the villa before dark. Properties were beautiful but the state of the roads really lets the place down. Still a lovely holiday.
