Was a bit noisy in the quiet of night from the village, racing mopeds mainly and really only at the weekend.
else okay. Deffinitely need a car though there is a infrequent bus service.
locals very friendly, one even took us into town to pick up our hire car when he saw us at the bus stop.
prices about average, though cheaper supermarket in nearby kiti
In kiti there is an english hairdresser who was also really helpful and a good hairdresser too!

Tersefanou is so pretty and charmingly rural. It only took us about 15 minutes to drive from the airport and the directions we were given were excellent. Although it is a little cut off, we found it very relaxing. The village is just around the corner from this complex so we could walk there if we wanted to. There are a couple of tavernas and cafes and a small supermarket in the village and the people were all very friendly. We do feel that it would be wise to hire a car as Cyprus is such a beautiful island and there is so much to see which of course is much easier by car.
