Review by Matt from Shipham The Old Town area was quite quiet when we visited but we have young children so it was always early in the evening. We didnt stay late. The amazing choice of places to eat is just incredible. You could stay for a month and never eat in the same place twice. Our Daughter is veggie and we had no problems in finding meals suitable for her. The streets around the square are pedstrianised and were a pleasure to walk not having to worry about the children. The kids really liked the beach although we struggled to find any public toilets but it looks like some toilets and shower facilities are being built currently right next to Fishermans Beach. The escalator down to the beach was a novel feature enjoyed by the kids! The museum could really do with better signage as we completely failed to find it! Will try harder on the next trip.
